First Roosters experience. Chicken wings, 9/10. Richie knows wings. Caesar salad, 9.5/10. Richie knows Julius Caesar. Kathy talked me into Shrimp and Grits. A first time for me. You'd think you were living in the south, the grits made me forget about the Mel's Diner reference. Outstanding, tasty flavorful shrimp. A couple of Guiness and call it a day. A great day at Roosters! Only wish Joe Magarity was here with us.
We go for trivia on Tuesday. Chris does a great job at keeping it interesting and there is usually a good crowd. Service is always good and your food comes out hot and the beer is cold.
Our server, Dave, was lovely. He was both accommodating and fair with our requests, even when they were a little out of the norm. The food was good, service was fast, and overall it was a genuinely good night!
