The owner with the ponytail is very rude and unprofessional. I took some of my family from MD there for dinner and they was not happy with the owner customer service or food.
This place use to have good food a few years ago, but the food and customer service has declined.

I always order and usually the subs are really good. I was very polite with the manager I spoke to today stating that my cheese steak was cold and the cheese didn’t even melt the meat was so cold… told me I had to purchase another one if I didn’t like it and that he’d call me back.. never received a call back. I called back to ask what was going on and then they blocked my number and wouldn’t give me any names of who I spoke to!! Very unprofessional

Incredibly disappointing. The atmosphere would have been fine…but the tv was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other. We asked them to turn it down to which we were told “we don’t turn the tv down”. When we asked why it was because one of the brothers doesn’t allow it. In addition to that the Italian sausage sub…the sausage in it was pizza topping sausage which I have never seen on anything other than pizza. Safe to say the shoddy customer service is the reason we won’t be back, but the food wasn’t worth coming back for either.

Tried pizza the other day and tried a sub as well. Pizza was cooked well but a little disappointed in the amount of toppings for the cheesesteak pizza. Coworkers agreed. The veggie pizza had large chunks of broccoli it might be easier to eat if they were smaller. The bread for the sub was good. Problem was, half the sub was bread. There was barely any lunchmeat in it. There was a good 3 inches (1.5 inches on each end) that was just bread and also almost an inch at the joint that was also just bread.

4 flat meatballs and no sauce on sub for $10. Mostly bread. No chili but some mystery meat and maybe bacon on the chili cheese fries. Not sure they were actually what I ordered after confirming the order 3 times. Finding good subs in this area has been impossible. Very poor quality food prepared with no care at all.
Omg!! Just the atmosphere puts me in awe every time! Huge DC & Marvel fan & well as "the walking dead" & "supernatural" tv shows, etc.... they have it all in here for you to stare at & be amazed! PLUS.... the food is DELICIOUS!!!!!! quick service & very pleasant employees!!!!! Highly recommend!!! ♂️?♂️? ♂️???????

I have been to Brothers twice within the last 7 days. Got the white pizza earlier in the week. The contents did not come near the edge of the crust. Maybe 1.5 inches from the edges, and the pizza didn't have much of anything on it, making it very dry. Stopped in on Monday for a turkey sub. The stale sub roll was not cut completed open, so the turkey and cheese did not fill the roll, and the lettuce was brown. I did notice the owner wasn't there the two times I've been in, so maybe that had something to do with the quality. ??♀️
