Owner was very disrespectful. We called and asked for an estimated time for our delivery since they didn’t give us one when we ordered. The owner says the driver is on his way at 10:09pm, at 10:10 the driver called and said he was at our gate. The owner then called my phone back at 10:13 and said the driver had been waiting at our gate for 10 minutes. I told him my husband was on his way to the gate. He got very disrespectful when I questioned the fact that we just called 4 minutes before the driver said he was waiting for 10 mins. I then told him he lost our business. He called me back and said he was going to send his driver back with my food which mind you my card was already charged at this point. I told him my card was already charged for the food and his response was that’s what I thought, you said we lost your business. He was a complete jerk. Will never have our business again. I already had a terrible experience with the owner a few years prior and if I would have realized it was the same business I would have never let my husband order from this terrible place. After all of this our calzone was not even cooked.

Found hair in BOTH of our subs (it looked like it was chopped up into the lettuce). When we requested a refund we were literally yelled at by the owner for eating half the sub before finding the hair. Then proceeded to have his food prep employees come show us their hairless arms. They still had hair on their face and head. So, he really just embarrassed his employees and made a fool of himself. Will never eat here again. He is crazy.

We order from Brothers Pizza at least twice a month. Their subs are really good and they make their own sub buns which are very good. The guys who take our orders are very friendly and nice.

Iam so mad I just wasted money on a meatball sub that I was craving all day!! The bread was so soggy on one side and it tasted like a slice of pizza. Just the sauce. I literally threw it away. To subway I go smh. And I noticed the food isn't the same. Something is off. It just isn't like it use to be.

Absolutely horrible customer service ! Delivery driver was very rude said if I don't tip they won't deliver to my house ever again, the only reason I didn't is because I had a bad experience from the same driver 2 days prior which was my bday . I give this place alot of my business, sad the food is good but not good enough to be treated like that ! I tried calling to talk to the manager which was a joke ! No wonder the driver was disrespectful I see where he learned it . Lost my business ! My family came from out of town who absolutely loves their food was looking forward to their pizza, no more business from them either. You just don't demand a tip from people and treat them like that , no law you have to tip or no service ! Then the "manager" tried calling me back 2x after I hung up on him he was so rude and wouldn't tell me he was the manager kept saying pickup or delivery when I said I need to speak to a manager never addressed himself as himself as that, kept saying may I help you , never saying this is the manager . I had him on speaker my whole family heard how rude he was .Said I should come in and handle this ! Never again ! He said he was the owner after all of that !! Oh my !!
