When placing an order I shouldn't have to fill my drink up the rest of the way. when having no one in store a mistake of miss pouring shouldn't happen. Y'all pay your people here far too much and they provide service like this? I guess the whole "have it you're way" thing is just a fancy gimmick. Pathetic. Wouldn't happen under a competent manager that's for damn sure.
Well the girl at the drive thru was Samara and she was excellent, and even enjoyable to talk to! She was polite, curtious, and she even talked me into adding a milkshake to my order. Overall great experience
I came in with my youngest daughter for a quick bite. Our cashier's name was Samara and we were so impressed by her service. She wore a smile throughout our entire interaction, she was friendly, polite, and attentive. She had a positive attitude and a happy, bubbly personality.
