Ordered double with cheese thru Drive Thru.. was told to pull up.. Sat there watched 5 other vehicles go thru pay and get there order..I didn't order anything special..FINALLY got my food ..got home bit into it, bottom burger was SO pink.. COULDN'T EAT IT HAD TO TAKE 1 BURGER OFF.... PRETTY EXPENSIVE SINGLE BURGER.. FOR THAT PRICE SHOULD HAVE WENT TO WENDY'S..FOR SINGLE BURGER.. might be NEWLY OPENED McDonald's but service n food TERRIBLE

First, the manager tried to tell me she didn’t have my order. So I pull up the mobile order on my phone. See is mad that I did order at that location and tells me to pull ahead I waited till the whole drive-through line was cleared. and then she brought out my order when I explained to her what happened and asked her for a manager‘s name and number she said I am the manager a matter of fact, I’m the district manager so any phone call you make is coming right to me as of to discourage me from calling. I explained to her you are not the owners and I would want to know what’s happening at my business. Not the way to treat someone. It’s very sad to me that the whole staff and morale was in that bad mood at 7:45 AM. do yourself a favor drive the extra few miles and go to a McDonald’s that treat you nice and you’re a valued customer.

My husband went to pick.up breakfast and was given his big breakfast meal in a chicken nugget box! how hard is it to order the correct supplies! get new management! this McDonald's just keeps getting worse. The only thing that surprised me is that they actually got the order right.

Manger in the afternoon is awful. Found out the have scales in the drive up pad and the reason they have you pull forward is in order to falsify the data being sent back to corporate that tells them they are making thier times when they are not. Sneaky and arrogant.

Don’t come here often but when we do it’s for breakfast. We go back just because it’s close to home. They never give us our full meal and we ALWAYS have to go back for our missing items. Today we only got our big breakfasts and a couple napkins in a bag. No condiments, silverware and missing hash browns, we were half way home before we figured it out… I hope corporate looks at these reviews because most of them are about the same thing, missing food items..

I watched them hand my food to someone else take it back and then try and give it to me. Also they don't know how to make an iced macchiato. It's warm and watered down like they added hot coffee to ice

Never a bad experience at this location! If you have an issue, they are so quick to happily resolve it. The staff is always pleasant and you can tell they care.
