I was in the area and wanted Chinese food. This was my first time trying New China. The customer service was not good. Upon calling to place my pickup order, the woman who answered simply answered the phone, no mention of the business name. The ordering experience otherwise was straightforward. Since it's located in a shopping center, there was plenty of parking. The restaurant itself had some tables, but it appeared it was more of a takeout place.

The woman who answered the phone was also working the counter; she was hurried and lacked any customer service skills. The food itself was below average. The crab rangoon was a bit oily and lacked much flavor. The General Tso's sauce was okay, but it had a weird aftertaste. The broccoli was almost nonexistent. The egg drop soup was okay, but the noodles were very stale.

I would not return here. If you want good service and food, drive out to East York and go to Wild Ginger – night and day difference!

Best Chinese place I've ever gone to and the only one that I go to since moving to the area in 2020. The only one I've seen with a line out the door and down the sidewalk?

Love this place! It’s great for takeout. The food doesn’t all taste alike like most other Chinese restaurants. Generous portions. Thank you New China!

Delicious food with generous portions, great prices, and friendly people! Fried rice was really good!

Food was average at best. Their egg roll was bland, house fried rice not the best however their French fries and speed is amazing. Would only go for quick grab.

Ordered the honey chicken and it is super hard and dry. Chicken taste extremely old and flavorless. It’s more like chicken skin covered in sauce. Thumbs down!

New China has the best Chinese food around. The food is great, the prices are good and I will go back over and over. They also will make additions or substitutions to any of their food. I love their food.

Vegetarian options: You can actually ask them for exactly what you want. They are very friendly and accommodating

Parking: There is plenty of parking and it is very close to the restaurant in a strip mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible.

This is the worst food and customer service I have ever experienced. I will never spend any money in this establishment. I recommend that you don't spend your time or money either. R.P. Franklin, Ph.D.

Food is always excellent here! Counter lady was kind but busy. I usually do takeout but they have not gotten back to pre-covid dining yet. They do have some seating, resembling a pizza shop atmosphere.

There was a fingernail in the rice!!! I’m guessing a toe nail actually. this place thought no one would notice. The kung pao and spicy beef were awful. Both were not spicy in the slightest even though I specified it on the ordering paper and in person. The wonton soup, eggs rolls, and chicken skewers were really good but that doesn’t make up for the fingernail. I do not recommend this establishment
