This store is consistently inconsistent. My order is rarely made correctly. This morning, it was mostly ice, seriously, I took about 10 sips and it was finished. No cold foam creamer, let alone extra like I ordered. I really wish they would train everyone how to make the drinks correctly with proper volumes.

Every time i go to this starbucks my order is correct and satisfactory, but this isn’t my reason for writing this review. Today i went to get my breakfast and a coffee and when i went to pay, i realized i was a couple dollars shorter than i thought. The barista at the window told me she was going to see if she could take a couple dollars off, which i told her it was okay and not to worry about it, but she insisted and was able to take a couple dollars off my order so i could have my occasional starbucks. she was so sweet and pretty and i hope she gets everything she’s ever dreamed of🫶🏻

Terrible service. You will wait 10 minutes and you will watch them play on their phone and giggle and conversate and about 10 minutes later while not busy at all, no other customers besides me and they will bring your drink and you leave and the drink isn't even right. This happens every time. Note, I am a very good tipper and I always tip. I'm done with Etters Starbucks. I have spent a fortune there and I refuse to go back. I'll drive right past from now on. Ridiculous. And I see others have said the same and there's been no change.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Stopped here twice this week for the first time and waited over 10 minutes for my 1 drink both times! Second time was inside while everyone just ignored that my family was the only ones even in the building. Pathetic service. Asked for a hot chai and got a cold one both times! Just fantastic!!!

Got some coffee and it was really good, the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious! However, the real winners were the breakfast sandwiches! They had a lot of flavor and were hot and fresh.
I was there earlier today and it's nasty! The tables were very obviously sticky. When I ordered a mocha Frappuccino the cashier purposely entered it wrong - twice. Then the completed order was put on the counter without alerting us it was ready. No name was called out - imagine that! Starbucks is famous for calling out your name. There's even an episode on Seinfeld about it! So the drinks just sat there on the counter until noticed. Oh and the side eye and the snickering was the epitome of being customer focused.

When we got there there was about five people behind the counter or more every single table was dirty except for the last one we sat there for about an hour we saw people coming in looking at the dirty tables nobody came out from behind the counter to clean them in the restaurant business that's a real deterrent.

Great drink, I got cold brew with extra heavy cream and 7 sugar free vanilla pumps.
Dietary restrictions: Love that they have heavy cream and sugar free syrups.
Was not impressed with this location. I've been to many different locations and this is by far the worst. From the moment I walked in I noticed the barista did not want to take my order and the coffee reflected. I asked her to please add some sweet foam to make it a little better and another barista slammed the cold foam machine on the counter Like I was an inconvenience to her, and poured it in my cup. Not sure who was working on 21MAR24 but will never stop by this location again.
