Disappointed. As ive read consistently inconsistent but obviously consistenly on purpose! I go to this location a little too often, i tip every time, never cause an issue, i say please and thank you, i didnt do anything to anyone there that i know of....so why? The past handul of times theyve been purposely neglecting my order and making it almost opposite, now i wonder if the extras i pay for i even get. I ask for extra they give less than a sprinkle. Im not interested in this reasonless sarcasm. The first couple times, maybe a mistake, maybe its mixed in....nope ..ut uh... Then i realizes they were playing some sort of game. Im not stupid i was giving the benefit of the doubt and ive learned my lesson. yall lost a customer and the tips, saves me at least $150 a month and i can do without.

This store has been consistently underfilling their hot coffee. My last 3 purchases have had this issue. I thought it the barista was having an off day, but I'm seeing this consistently now. Their policy is to fill 1/4 inch from the top, but this drink was just 75% of the cup. For a $10 buck coffee, they need to do better.
I've parked my semi next to walmart and had a drive brake in Starbucks.
It's a very clean and comfortable place. The staff was very pleasant and fast with making food and coffee, even the place was crowded.

This was already my favorite store because it’s the perfect stop on my commute to work, they are always quick & efficient, & my order is always spot on. But today!!! I brought my puppy, & to the sweet girl who drew us some special notes, thank you so much & I’m sorry I didn’t see them til we drove off! You really made our morning special!!

This store is consistently inconsistent. My order is rarely made correctly. This morning, it was mostly ice, seriously, I took about 10 sips and it was finished. No cold foam creamer, let alone extra like I ordered. I really wish they would train everyone how to make the drinks correctly with proper volumes.

Every time i go to this starbucks my order is correct and satisfactory, but this isn’t my reason for writing this review. Today i went to get my breakfast and a coffee and when i went to pay, i realized i was a couple dollars shorter than i thought. The barista at the window told me she was going to see if she could take a couple dollars off, which i told her it was okay and not to worry about it, but she insisted and was able to take a couple dollars off my order so i could have my occasional starbucks. she was so sweet and pretty and i hope she gets everything she’s ever dreamed of🫶🏻

Terrible service. You will wait 10 minutes and you will watch them play on their phone and giggle and conversate and about 10 minutes later while not busy at all, no other customers besides me and they will bring your drink and you leave and the drink isn't even right. This happens every time. Note, I am a very good tipper and I always tip. I'm done with Etters Starbucks. I have spent a fortune there and I refuse to go back. I'll drive right past from now on. Ridiculous. And I see others have said the same and there's been no change.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Stopped here twice this week for the first time and waited over 10 minutes for my 1 drink both times! Second time was inside while everyone just ignored that my family was the only ones even in the building. Pathetic service. Asked for a hot chai and got a cold one both times! Just fantastic!!!
