Closed when said they were open its only 6:40pm and its says they're open until 11

if you’re going to put on your website that you’re open until 11pm, mean it. it’s not that hard to change the times on your website to what times you’re actually open. i’m typing this at 7 pm, and online it says you close at 11pm. lights are completely off. and i came last night at 9pm and you guys were still closed. i probably sound fat writing this review cause i just want food, but this has happened SO many times. like just change the times on your website PA LEASE.

Extreme rude and disrespectful never had this type of experience before. We didn’t get a chance to order or explain. We went through the drive through we couldn’t hear or see anyone I even got out to walk towards it still didn’t hear anyone at the kiosk so we went to the first window (it was covered) and then the second window. The guy that was there stared at us for a couple of minutes until we started waving at him. He immediately caught an attitude saying “he had asked us to talk three times and we didn’t say anything so he doesn’t wanna take our order anymore” and slammed the window.

I went there for lunch. They messed up my order When I ask for replacement, they told me you have come same day A person who was talking to me was rude like they hate their job . This happed before at same place .

I love this location and my orders are always accurate and the food is better than other locations. However, they need to reopen their lobby. I will not return until that happens. Who wants to eat tacos on the go?

Why does this location participate in the KFC app, but not the Taco Bell app? Since I can't even earn points here I usually leave town to go to one that uses the Taco Bell app. I am sincerely interested in the reason.

McDonalds ice cream machiene is more reliable than their freeze machiene. Also i showed up at 9:45 with 2 cars ahead of me, they helped those cars but ignored me when I got up to order at 9:50. You should maybe update your website from closest at midnight to closes at 10.
