We stopped in last evening to give it a try. Really liked the atmosophere and the decor. Great job. The weather was wonderful so we chose to sit on the screened in porch and we received very good service. Ordered Veal Scalapini and it was good. An addition of lemon or garlic or a splash of white wine in the sauce would take it to the next level. My wife had the chicken bruscetta with broccoli. The dish was cold because the Bruscetta was not warmed before putting it on the chicken. Chicken was nice and tender. Wonderful entree just needed some heat. Since we are wood fired oven pizza snobs we try a small pizza. the cheese and sauce we real good. Can't say the same for the crust, which is the foundation of every good pizza. Suggest a 3 day cold fermentation with the dough to enhance the flavor. Then the pizza would be in a 9/10 range. Overall wonderful dining experience

Fabio Authentic Italian Kitchen in Grantville, PA is truly a hidden gem! From the street, the outside might not grab your attention and the curb appeal is a little underwhelming—but don’t be fooled. The moment you reach the door, the aroma of authentic Italian cooking greets you, and you know you’re about to have something special - at least you hope so.
This family-owned restaurant has been serving the community for 27 years. It started as a small pizza carryout shop over 20 years ago and has grown into a sit-down restaurant with a huge menu to choose from. The customer service is excellent—the owner, who was also our waitress, was warm, welcoming, and attentive.
The food was outstanding and the portion sizes were incredible. I ordered the Mediterranean salad and a kids’ portion of spaghetti with sauce (even the kids’ size was so large I needed a to-go box!). My husband had a build-your-own small pizza (which I had to taste—OMG, so good!) along with a cup of Italian Wedding Soup that he really enjoyed.
We shared dessert—tiramisu—and it was absolutely delicious. Even the garlic bread served with the pasta was divine.
If I could give this place a 10, I would. There’s even outdoor seating. So again—don’t judge a book by its cover. Fabio’s is a Grantville treasure you don’t want to miss! Go check it out and thank me later.

The staff is very polite and friendly. Our waitress took our order and didn't write it down she remembered the whole order. Food is very good and served hot plenty of it. I would whole heartedly recommend it to and one. I live in Tennessee and travel to the tri state a few times a year when I'm back in the area will definitely stop and eat there. Stopped here before a concert at the Hollywood casino. We were seated quite quickly for a busy night. The food was good and served in decent potion sizes enough that I had leftovers. Service at our particular table was slow, we were often waiting quite a while for our waitress but it was a busy night and that's understandable. It's definitely a good option before heading over to the concert venue or casino.
