machines are set not to payout on lower bets anymore like when they first opened, or give good payout on free spins like they use to. its not fun anymore and everyone complains about this same issue. I stopped going over past few months because of this, finally went back last week and same ol' story. so im not going back again anytime soon. our money is taken and used to buy new rugs, chairs, and new machines. if your there for free entertainment, then im sure your fine with this place. But the loyal slot players here from the start, are not happy. also, stop moving, changing, and taking out your good machines all the time. I was pissed when they took out the 4 huge extra rewards with the pandas and mayen chef. i dont mean the meduim ones, I mean the 4 huge ones they had across from the smoking area down a little way from behind the escalator. this place is a joke anymore for slot players. anyone agree? I know exactly what most machines should be paying out. I've been going here lone enough. but now im tired of it. im enjoying saving my money now and buying whatever I want

I refuse to visit this casino, just due to the fact that their online gambling app is corrupt and fraudulent. Due to this, I will not ever visit their casino again.

I went to Latin night, it was awesome! Los Monstros were amazing, and the bartender was so sweet, even gave me a free bottle of water.

I visited Hollywood casino 10 times in 2024 all I can say is worst casino in 400mile radius I newer have fun this casino just ripped me off.stay away from it specially if you have family.

VERY DISAPPOINTED today we ( husband and me) were to have a mystery bonus. so we went to the kiosk machine and it was NO mystery bonus.
and now when you buy a drink from the restaurant they don't give free refills. they should gave more people walking around with drinks then.
this place is the only place my husband gets joy cause he is disable and can't get around good.but I will stop bringing him if things don't get better.

In the most part they have very good bands.The drinks are fairly priced.Management is confused about the way seating is arranged in H lounge. They change the seating arrangements every week.Bartenders are completely arrogant, rude, miserable and are very non welcoming.They do not thank you for tips and never smile.Employees seem to be in a power competition. Absolutely nobody is welcoming in this place. Other than the good occasional bands they do have H Lounge should be under all new management and replacing ALL of the bartenders. I personally don't do well with arrogant people.

I wish they had more chairs and tables available or somewhere to sit your purse and jacket while dancing. Drinks aren't too expensive and they usually have a lot of good bands. Great way to pass an evening
