I visited Hollywood casino 10 times in 2024 all I can say is worst casino in 400mile radius I newer have fun this casino just ripped me off.stay away from it specially if you have family.

VERY DISAPPOINTED today we ( husband and me) were to have a mystery bonus. so we went to the kiosk machine and it was NO mystery bonus.
and now when you buy a drink from the restaurant they don't give free refills. they should gave more people walking around with drinks then.
this place is the only place my husband gets joy cause he is disable and can't get around good.but I will stop bringing him if things don't get better.

I visited your casino over the weekend with my family and a few relatives (9 of us) which included my 37 year old son who is a paraplegic from a spinal cord injury and in a wheelchair. He loves Blackjack so we decided to come to Hollywood casino York since you advertise as handicap accessible.
When we got there we walked around the entire casino to check things out and then looked for a low table that a paraplegic in a wheelchair could enjoy himself with a game of blackjack or any other table game. There was not ONE low table open anywhere for him to play. We spoke to a couple hosts but they just kept apologizing but there was really nothing they could do to accommodate us on a low table for my son to play. We all ended up leaving very disappointed. Apologies are just not enough in this situation. There should ALWAYS be a couple low tables open fir ppl that can’t sit at high tables. My son belongs to a few organizations and groups as well as our companies that we work for so we have also spread the word of our experience and let them all know paraplegics are not accommodated to play at Hollywood casino. We will also write reviews on line to let others know of our experience as well. We visit Atlantic City very frequently and all the casinos accommodate with low tables open 24-7
for wheelchairs and for ppl needing lower seats. It’s pretty sad that a casino can’t welcome and accommodate wheelchairs to their casino and just give an apology to make it ok. Well it’s NOT ok.
And you should remove your advertisement that states you’re handicap accessible bc you are not!

Money that I put into my online account will not be released to me until its been wagered at leat once. This seems to be a predatory practice since you have to either get lucky and win it back or lose it all. So much for the Gamblers Anonymous smoke and mirrors ads they have everywhere. Seems the want the degenerate gamblers. Even those of us who play the horses on the big races and not every day. They are coming for your money too. Avoid this cesspit of greed at all costs.

Blatantly stole my money at the Blackjack table. Didn’t pay me out all my chips I gave them to ‘color up’. 4 others at the table witnessed it as well. Awful place to play and gamble at. HORRIBLE customer service

They have alot to offer in Play..food..Drinks..And a good time..The horse races are something to see also..The bands they get are awesome also..Never a dull moment..Highly recommended by me..The New Years party is good too

Their apple turnovers are the best I have had in my whole life. Absolutely to die for! The coffee is just so-so but it is convenient to have a coffeehouse on the property and the employees have always been helpful and friendly over the several years I have gone to this Hollywood Casino location.

Uggggg. Been here before and it was a Monday night but yuck. Nasty experience. Drink girl was sullen when I finally tracked her down. Only two on tonight she said and I never saw one go by. Food court was busy as half was closed. Got burnt onion petals and a hot dog after waiting thru a line. It’s that or baked goods. Machines were beyond tight, lost $300 in an hour and never got even got my bet back. Lights are dim, like they are saving on electric. Bathrooms dirty, cig butts everywhere. Just nasty over all.
Was very disappointed in the number of slots that were off line and a whole section was down. My wife’s favorite slots were down. All that glitter’s:(
