Had an amazing time a few weekends ago watching football at the H lounge with Aaron the bartender! Awesome guy! Quick to put a smile on your face! Thank you Aaron and Hollywood!!
machines are set not to payout on lower bets anymore like when they first opened, or give good payout on free spins like they use to. its not fun anymore and everyone complains about this same issue. I stopped going over past few months because of this, finally went back last week and same ol' story. so im not going back again anytime soon. our money is taken and used to buy new rugs, chairs, and new machines. if your there for free entertainment, then im sure your fine with this place. But the loyal slot players here from the start, are not happy. also, stop moving, changing, and taking out your good machines all the time. I was pissed when they took out the 4 huge extra rewards with the pandas and mayen chef. i dont mean the meduim ones, I mean the 4 huge ones they had across from the smoking area down a little way from behind the escalator. this place is a joke anymore for slot players. anyone agree? I know exactly what most machines should be paying out. I've been going here lone enough. but now im tired of it. im enjoying saving my money now and buying whatever I want
Food was better last couple times. But this time got way less pasta and meatballs and NO garlic stick. Since was to go didn’t notice till home! Need to chg food offered Used to have great flatbreads etc. foos super cheaply made for prices!

Two large pies were burnt. Never eating there again
Waited 40 minutes for them to put 4 meatballs on bread and put some sauce on it. When I asked about my order I was told maybe it’ll be done soon. It doesn’t even go in the oven what a terrible experience for a $14 meatball sub. I will wait in any other line next to them then go through that again.
I told the lady my charge card was processed. She said it was not. Later when I looked at my transactions I saw that I was double billed. This also happened the last time we were there.
When you first opened, your pizza was exceptional. Now your sauce tastes like tomato pasta and you clearly use cheap mozzarella. Bring back the quality!!

This was our first time there. We were a little hestitate because of the pricing of the entrees, but very very pleased with the food and the waiter was exceptional . His name was Wes. The absolute only thing I did not like was our table. It was plastered up against the wall, absolutely no scenery what so ever. I would have loved one of the many other tables in the restaurant. But all and all it was delicious

I had the Duck and it was amazing, I could eat just the sauce alone! My wife had the 3 course meal with some minor substitutes that were easily adjusted. The mashed potatoes and spinach were very good, but the steak underwhelmed in overall flavor; The preparation of it was very good though. I also order a side of the crab Mac-N-cheese, by far the best I've ever had from any fine dining experience! The waitress was also very nice and accommodated all of our requests, including a hand written note for my wife's anniversary dessert!

Had a wonderful dining experience again. Food is incredible, steak melts in your mouth. The soft pretzel bread was to die for, I couldnt stop eating it! Our server, Becca, was incredible! She was on top of everything & cared that we were happy. She wasnt just "doing her job, going through the motions". She was awesome & a definite asset to Final Cut! Kudos from start to finish!
Our server Steve was 100% perfect! He cared! He wanted us to enjoy ourselves. I would enjoy having him take care of us again. The food was not hitting the marks of the service. Every part of the meal was off by just a little bit. We ordered a bottle of red wine, the wine was cold, like it was chilled, we are red wine fans and really enjoy a nice bottle of wine, maybe it was just us because we do understand some reds are served with a little chill but it was way to cold at least for our liking. We ordered a NY strip steak done mid rare. We ordered it Mid rare because we enjoy that juice and warm red center. Our steak was served no juice at all. It was pink maybe more brown not red at all. The flavor of the steak was very good but it was dry not juicy. Mashed potatoes and cream corn tasted very good but not hot at all. It just felt like everything was a bit off. I described it as good. But for that price point I don't want “good” I don't mind paying for outstanding and that is what I expected. But if I wanted “good” I would have just gone to ruby tuesdays. The next time I want to enjoy a nice night at a fancy steak house I will go to Bond 45, Fleming's, or Ruth Chris. I would not spend that kind of money for “good” or over cooked steak.
The salmon and lobster were delicious. Their homemade pretzel bread is out of this world! I love how they pair the wine flights with each course you eat :)
