Better make reservations. If you want to get a good seat for the races, you'll need to call ahead. Most people dont leave until after the races are over once they get there. Additionally the food seems overpriced. The only fun pro tip I can share is that the bar area is where the jockeys, owners, and trainers hang out during the races. You can get some insider tips if you bump into the right person
We eat here every time we come to Grantville. When my husband made the reservation he request a specific table so we could watch the horses. To our disappointment when we arrived they gave our table away and was going to sit us at another table with a poor view. We ask to speak with the manager and Brooke the manager came over to speak with us. After explaining to Brooke what happen she immediately moved us to a table that we were happy with. My husband and I wanted to do something different for our anniversary of 28 years. We heard the food was good and decided to try it . it was fun watching the horses race while we ate our meal. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. We had a great time.
