We've visited a few times and it's been very hit and miss. The owner is very friendly but it seems like this might be more than he can handle by himself. Our most recent visit resulted in an over 1 hour wait with only a few ahead of us. As with a prior visit we didn't receive what we ordered. Our smoked chicken appeared and tasted like it was smoked days prior and then overly deep fried. We were also missing a side of baked beans which happened previously also. Not worth the $50 cost for our visit. It's a shame as there is potential which we experienced during our first visit about 6 months ago.

First time here and we will be back. The ribs were amazing. Everything came out hot and stayed hot for along time. An out of the way place but worth the trip. Loved talking to the owner. I highly recommend you stop by and try out his menu.

Very good very clean and the owner was very polite. I came towards the end of the night with some friends and he’s trying to get the whole restaurant extra slides instead of wasting the food and I respect that.

The food is fantastic, but it's hard to justify the outrageous prices for what you get.
The food was amazing. We had wings and ribs. The baked beans were outstanding. Ace came out and personally made sure everything was to our liking. He showed us the smoker after dinner and chatted with us.

We got there a little late on Sunday so some of the items were sold out. We tried the pull pork with Mac, smoked/fried ribs, 5 piece fried wings. The pulled pork was tasty and the wings were very crispy and flavorful. The ribs were okay but I wish they had the regular smoked ones.
The service was amazing. The gentleman at the counter/kitchen was super friendly and accommodating. I wish they can add more beverage selections. They only had some Pepsi, Coke Zero etc. no ice teas or lemonades.

We stopped here on a roadtrip after seeing the reviews and it did not disappoint! I got the fried chicken (which was wings that day) freshly breaded and fried up crispy. They were amazing! Next time I’ll ask for them tossed in hot sauce instead of on the side but really great flavor (just like my wings saucy). The Mac and cheese was excellent. Hubby got the pulled pork sandwich with a side of slaw and loved it. We even got some sausages and pulled chicken to go for dinner. The owner came out to make sure everything was good then showed us his smoker setup which smelled delicious. If we lived closer we would be back all the time!
