Went and placed an order with a pickup time of 6:26 PM on 6/11/25. Was told to pull in a parking spot waited 40 minutes called and spoke with a woman manger around 7:00 pm letting them know we’ve waited for 40 minutes. She barely let me speak, continuously cut me off, and was rude about me asking for a refund. Spoke with corporate and got a full refund and they brought the food out at 7:11 pm. 50 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Absolutely will never be back and will make sure that manger is spoken with about being blatantly disrespectful after being patient and waiting well well over the time you should have at a fast food restaurant truly ridiculous if you don’t like your job get a new one.

I ordered an online order for both me and my boyfriend, it came out to about $40. We received the order, and they had bagged someone else’s food, but stuck our receipt to the bag. Rather than our $40 worth of food, we received one $15 meal. I usually assume that there is some sort of delivery driver error when this occurs, but the bag was still completely sealed when it arrived at our home. What we ordered vs what we received is pictured.

Food was cold, prepared inaccurately, Cashier lied to my face about it being freshly made and I called the store later to complain but the number was wrong. Very bad experience. Will never return.

The guy who served my food wasn’t even wearing gloves when he handled my drink. My Fanta was all over his hand, which is unacceptable. The chicken looked very dry, and even the wrapper was dry and had hair on it. This has been one of my worst experiences, and it’s the second time I’ve had the same issue. I’m extremely unhappy with the service—this is the worst place I’ve ever been to

Ordered an Impossible Burger but they gave me a regular burger and I didn’t realize it until I reached my destination. When i drove 30 minutes back to the location that was out of the way- the manager who was on duty, definitely showed via her behavior that she didn’t feel like being bothered.

Omg the absolute worst chicken sandwich n onion ring I've ever had .swear it tastes like took out of freezer put lettuce mayo on it n let it thaw .it was so cold the breading in onion rings weren't even cooked n I waited 10 mins...go figure .won't eat there again .NOO WAAAY..just got out of hospital starving too..what a disappointment

Food is best to always cold, wrong, and not fresh. Service takes forever, etc. don't want your time here.

Parking: Alright amount of parking, though the lot is a bit of a pain.

I ordered online and expected my order to be ready when I arrived. It took me 10 minutes to get to the restaurant and my order wasn't ready. I had to park for a few minutes until an employee brought my order to me.

Long wait to get food

For a few months under the new owners, things were going well. It's falling apart again. It smells like burnt grease for hundreds of yards in every direction of this location. Half the time, it's billowing out smoke from the roof like the place is on fire. I feel really bad for the houses nearby.
