This is my favorite coffee shop in the Tristate area. I come from Hagerstown just to get this coffee, their seasonal flavors are always amazing and the quality of coffee is unmatched. The staff is always friendly, and I could complain about the prices but Starbucks charges more than here, I’d much rather support a local business. Brio is definitely my favorite coffee shop of all time.

We reserved a table for four and had to squeeze at a table for two, while they had one woman at a large table reading a book! Sorry owner, do you want me to take pictures and post of the different size tables. The owner is not truthful. A shame because the coffee is good. Won't stop again.

I've been to the Greencastle location numerous times now and every time has been great. I've not had any food, but I have gotten a different coffee drink each time and have liked them all. Can wait to try more of them.

Oh my God. They forgot the cheese on my sausage egg and cheese everything bagel. More like everything (but cheese) bagel.Then I politely asked for a piece of cheese and they politely gave me one.My sandwich was delicious. And the coffee was too.

Used to the one in Waynesboro and while that one is in a more historic building I like this one just a bit more. Inside it's an L shape so when journaling I'm off in a corner not on display.

The atmosphere is very cozy and there's usually at least a table or two open unless it's very busy. The staff is fairly knowledgeable and friendly, however there has been one time my coffee wasn't made right and I asked if they could fix it and the girl who made it said she made it right when I saw she didn't. But the other girl on was quick to fix it for me and get me on my way. Overall I love coming to brio it's a bit pricey but the quality is very good so can't complain too much.
