Well I was wondering why there was so many people coming and going, I understand now. So I ordered the Lasagna and fried cheese cake. So let me be clear this is a lot of food; salad, bread, of course Lasagna in a healthy portion. BUT here is the key to enjoying this meal with a gf/wife, of course she wont order something large, maybe she will get a sandwich or pizza but of course your food always taste better. Well how to enjoy the meal in peace is by sacrificing the bread to her and putting it between her and the Lasagna. This will make her either eat the bread or soak up the sauce which is fine, just more of the Lasagna for you and also helps leaves room for the dessert. Which by the way their fried cheese cake with the cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce is so good but definitely not worth sharing this is why you need to load your date up on bread and whatever else before. Well simply put, I will be back.

Didn’t fix the problem. Delivery boy goes the wrong way in apartment complex.

plus when I get shrimp they leave the tails left in like fajitas or Alfredo. Who does that.

I don’t know why I keep expecting a different outcome at this place. The same item I’ve ordered repeatedly is frequently delivered incorrectly. When I reported this most recently, the female “manager” cared more about telling me what I did wrong when ordering than listening when I told her the HungerRush app describes the item differently than their printed menu. It also has default modifiers that contradict what she was telling me. I guess it’s more important to be “right” (when wrong) than actually investigating and fixing the issue with the app. I shouldn’t expect anything less than this experience because the male manager (owner?) has been completely unhelpful in the past.

Wonderful food and customer service!! We’ve ordered here a few times and it doesn’t matter who answers the phone, they’re very polite and helpful. Each delivery driver we’ve had has been super nice and followed the directions to our house. The driveway is behind the house off of a main road so it’s a little hard to find but they always do. Very, very good food and super friendly people.

Whether we ordered burgers or fish sandwiches, our food was overcooked to the point it was either barely edible or not edible. Wife ordered a fish sandwich that was too hard to eat, she called in to report it and received a food credit. It was probably a month or two before she went to use her credit, told it expired and wouldn't escalate our problem to management. Since when does a food credit expire? Thats terrible because it's supposed to be their attempt to make things right. Because they don't care. We live 1/2 mile away and normally order food several times every month. We canceled our order and went elsewhere. No one ever followed up with us. Guess we'll continue ordering food from Tony's or Italian restaurant in State Line. Sorry that I'm so late with my review but you need to know. They've been overlooking our orders for awhile and now they've lost our business. We were normally averaging several orders every month and tipped well for delivery. Their loss, thanks for listening.

Last few times I have been here have been lacking. Got an extra cheese pizza that had hardly any cheese on it, let alone extra. If I'm paying EXTRA for something, I expect it.
