As I usually do, I placed my order through the app before heading to work. After picking it up and while driving to work, I noticed there was a slit in my iced coffee cup, causing the drink to spill all over me and inside my car. I had to quickly make arrangements to get a change of clothes.
I then called Dunkin’ to inform them of the issue, mainly in case there were other defective cups. The employee who answered—who was the manager—responded rudely, simply saying “OK, thank you,” before hanging up. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I found the lack of sympathy or any offer to replace the drink disappointing. At the very least, a more understanding response would have been appropriate.

Bathroom was disgusting and no one in the restaurant acknowledge us. I get you want to serve the drive thru but you could have someone looking after those of us who actually walk in to your coffee shop.

The staff at this place simply need to be looked at... I went there and began saying my order on drive through. There was nothing but rudeness, attitude, sarcasm, and just an unpleasant person talking on the microphone who turns out was the manager (little bit bigger of a lady). This is a shame since I love Dunkin, but it only takes one look at this specific location's Yelp Reviews for you to see that there are multiple complaints about the staff and this lady in particular... It is disgusting to take out your own life's problems on customers just trying to order coffee and giving them attitude.

Don’t go here if you have an order for 4 people in the drive thru. You will be rushed after saying one item “ANYTHING ELSE?” And “ugh is that it?” We went through the drive through this morning with our two kids ordered 3 items of food and 4 drinks and they acted like we were an inconvenience to them because we werent fast enough for them. Had at least 4 people get on the microphone frustrated at us “should’ve gone inside if you had a large order”. I didn’t know that was a large order for 3 people?? Spent almost $40 for HORRIBLE SERVICE. won’t be back

Very piss poor management. I have been calling to ask my w2 to finish my taxes that have not been completely because of this piss poor location and its management. I get beat around the bush every time it’s brought up. They did not mail me my W2 or email it to me. I never received one and they won’t give me any info on how to go about getting it. If you want to work at Dunkin I would NOT recommend working at this location. I called again today to ask about my W2 and the MANAGER so he claimed he was told me I’d have to “figure it out” and hung up on me. Very rude. Corporate has now been called. Never will work here again!

i am always super happy with this place, when i come before my opening shift or when i just come in general, the staff is always super friendly in the drive thru! i really appreciate that in the morning, before a long shift. i really applaud that?
