Super expensive 2 meals and chips and queso $45! . Chicken in my tacos was rubbery and hard. Chunky not shredded. Forgot the tortillas for the fajitas.Last time I was disappointed I thought I'd give it another try. This made my mind up we are done eating here.

My boyfriend and I love LOVE LOVE el sombrero ❤️ He loves the Chipotle chicken he's in love with the sauce lol. I always seem to get the taco texana salad with Xtra ranch SOOOOO GOOD. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly, the food comes out fresh and hot. El sombrero will always be our go to Mexican restaurant.

I asked for no onions. Got a plate FULL of onions. Asked for no peppers, would you believe I got a plate full of peppers??? Asked for no tomatoes... Well. You already know where this is going. Had to go to the desk to ask for a single water refill. Ridiculous service. I placed my order and she just nodded and ignored literally everything I said. I also ordered TWO burritos and got ONE. I don't even care at this point. Don't waste your time here.

The first time I ate here, they had just opened. It was excellent. Great Food and Service. I ate here on 3-14-2024 and the food was subpar. The waiter tried to do his best. My wifes order was for 2 chicken enchiladas and received 2 beef instead. Then she told the waiter about the mix up and he brought her back one chicken enchilada. Why not two? The sauce tasted like barbecue sauce. Both of our entrees were not that hot although the plates were hot. It cost us over $40. We will not be back for a very long time! There was not even an offer to discount for the incorrect order! We are not sure what happened between our other visits, but they need a New Cook! He killing your Business! Just Saying! The food was left there untouched!

No greeting when we came in. Waitress seemed nervous when she spoke to us. Menu is way too long and too many choices. When we got the food, it was greasy and bland. When laying we were charged an extra 3% fee for paying with a credir card on top of the bill. Will not be going back there.
