My food was made incorrectly. Not even close to what I ordered. A 17 year old employee named faith took the correct order and had it remade for me. It was delicious, except the fries had gotten cold while the sandwich was being remade.

They are trying to serve my son raw bacon and he's only two years old. That is ridiculous I tried to call to try to get this fixed and nobody's even answering the phone that's even more of a disappointment. This place is not caring about the customer at all. Major Disappointment! I just paid for this food less than 15 minutes ago and I've called twice no response. They also didn't give me a receipt also. They just need to shut the whole restaurant down and just put in Arby's. My newest complaint last night I said No Ice what does it say on the receipt???

I just got the sausage gravy platter and from taste to presentation and the call I made to give my thanks everything was perfect so much better then the hardees in Chambersburg keep up the good work
