This one we stopped at on the road, the staff won't even make eye contact! You could stand for a LONG time and they will completely ignore you. You order only from the kiosks . I always fix my coffee myself, but they put it in, and I needed more, but they wouldn't give me the time of day. Five of my children and myself have all worked at our local McDonald's, customer service was important. Making sure a customer was satisfied was as important as the food itself. My daughter told me all McDonald's operate this way?

I'm not happy that they've shrunk the lobby in the recent remodel... It feels like yet another way to discourage people from being out and about in our small village.
It’s McDonalds… we eat here more often then I would like. Busy family and it’s close to life for me. Most days they are pretty good for McDonald’s, sometimes they absolutely kill it and there have been a few times they’ve definitely messed up my order. I wish they more consistently killed it but I wouldn’t discourage anyone from stopping here if you’re looking for McDonald’s.

This location always misses items and is always extremely slow. Be prepared for a 20+ minute wait, half your items missing, and no sauces. Much better off spending an extra 20 minutes driving to Hagerstown or Chambersburg. Only good part is they’re nice here.
