*Not a safe/friendly place for POC to stop while traveling*
We stopped here to get food while traveling. My husband went inside to order while I walked our dog.
There were no cashiers only kiosks. My husband waited in line at the kiosk, the one he went to had no receipt paper. Which was not a big deal, as we do not keep our receipts for small purchases. Well, he thought it wouldn't be a big deal. His name was called and he went to collect the meal he just paid for. Except for he now needed produce a receipt, which became an issue. As the employees failed to maintain their koisks and refill with receipt paper. But this somehow now became my husbands issue, as they proceeded to not believe that the food he paid for was indeed his. To the point he had to pull out his banking transactions to prove that the totals matched. NO ONE BEFORE HIM OR AFTER HAD TO DO THIS. No one before him had to produce their receipt, the employees simply believed that their customers knew their own names. No one else had to pull up their banking transactions to prove their order total matched the food they were picking up.
No. One. Else. He was the only person of color in the restaurant.

The food was alright, but they forgot th3 cheese on my burger. The preparation was fast and wasn't super sloppy. The atmosphere was bad though. There was a giant spill in the middle of the place that made 70% of the customer area inaccessible. Overall, it's a meh. ★★★☆☆
Dietary restrictions: Fast food, there's none.
Kid-friendliness: Has plenty of child options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, and parking spots. No buttons to automatically open the door and no space at the tables for wheelchairs.

I went there for 4 cheeseburgers. The line was wrapped around the building which was fine because it was lunch rush. However, they took the guys order behind me first while i was at the first speaker and had been waiting for at least 2 minutes. Then there was no one at the first window so when i was told to pull up to the first window i sat there till the girl in the second window hung out the window and ushered me foreward. Then she charged me for the wrong order im assuming the guy behind me, gave me his food then when i told her it was incorrect she finally gave me a refund and then gave me only HALF of my actual order. I had to repeatedly ask her for my drinks and sauces that i had asked for at the speaker. No apology and i had to ask for my order more then once? Wtf?

I was discriminated against, I am a truck driver, I arrived at 10pm they had the doors closed, but they were open in the drive thru, I left the truck and the trailer in the parking lot because it is too big for the driver thru for cars, they told me I needed a car to be able to buy, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation that I was a trucker and I could not cross with the truck in that space and they did not sell me and some laughed, that is Discrimination.
I was discriminated against, I am a trucker, I arrived at 10pm they had the doors closed, but they were open in the drive thru, I left the truck and trailer in the parking lot because it is too big for the driver thru for cars, they told me I needed a car to being able to buy, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation that I could not cross with the truck in that space and they did not sell me and some laughed, that is Discrimination.

The food is usually pretty good, but I think Congress moves at a quicker pace. If they were any slower, I think I’d have to change to a breakfast order (it’s 5:25pm now).
Always extremely slow here, but the food is typically pretty decent and fresh. A little bit of training at this location would go a LONG way.

Always willing to satisfy there customers and breakfast staff not only serve fresh coffee but the Mcmuffins are cooked perfectly and not burnt ever! Wish all the franchises ran the same as this one as it's model store....good job you guys! I will continue to stop every morning before work. Thanks Ken H
