The crust is missing something it's supposed to be a little more thicker and golden on the bottom. A pan pizza is supposed to be a little thicker crust. Make sure you drain the vegetables before putting on pizza so the pizza don't get wet and not bake right.

I placed my order online. Upon receiving my order my breadsticks were hard like they were left out all day and was the cinnamon sticks. The pizza was so-so. Definitely won't be ordering from there again.

My family likes pizza hut. It's typically the go to pizza that everyone likes. You have to get the pan pizza. We used to love the pasta, but it changed a year or so ago, and now we don't even bother. This last time, we got boneless wings, and the sauce ratio was pathetic. This location is very nice, we never eat in, but I would. I know its always a price war, but pizza hut has never been the cheapest. I'll pay more for better food.

All around bad experience. Call in to order and the operator must have been in india. Decide to dine in instead of carry out, "austin" is very rude about it. The pasta isn't good like it used to be, hardly any toppings, watery sauce noodles.

I can’t say enough about this location! The staff is AMAZING & the food is always on point! It’s baseball season for all 3 of our sons so we’ll order from here when we have late or busy nights & I’ve had some bad experiences with other locations but I have NO complaints about Greencastle! Chad helped me today with a small issue that occurred the evening before & he was so friendly & helpful! It’s how you handle situations like this that make a STANDOUT experience & he was absolutely amazing!

Good pizza shop, Manager is friendly and keeps a good staff and store, updated interior of restaurant is well done, always clean and customer service is better than average. Delivery crew are professional and friendly.

We were VERY pleased when we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and bright, unlike Hagerstown. We were greeted and seated by Danielle.**Special note**Danielle's customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! She was kind, patient and very attentive.We ordered a thin crust veg. and a pan supreme.My wife's thin was in her opinion, one of the best! My pan was reminiscent of my childhood in Pizza Huts hay day!! SCRUMPTIOUS!!!HAGERSTONIANS, skip the Hagerstown location and go to Greencastle, it'll be worth the short trip!!!
