You can eat inside and the dining room has been recently renovated. Not a lot of staff turnover and I've never had an incorrect order.

Walked in at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. Place is COMPLETELY empty. Waitress gave me a look and shook her head like I was a huge inconvenience...nice welcome, hi...nothing. Now maybe she was the only one working and had just finished with a bus full of customers and was just exhausted...maybe her cat just ate her award winning Egyptian goldfish...I don't know but the hospitality shown was absent. Decided to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Customer Service has got to be why this place is going down hill.

When we do Pizza Hut, it's always Greencastle. We always get take out, but the restaurant is always clean and the staff is awesome. The lady that manages it has been there a long time and really has made it the Best Pizza hut in the tri state.
