We were VERY pleased when we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and bright, unlike Hagerstown. We were greeted and seated by Danielle.**Special note**Danielle's customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! She was kind, patient and very attentive.We ordered a thin crust veg. and a pan supreme.My wife's thin was in her opinion, one of the best! My pan was reminiscent of my childhood in Pizza Huts hay day!! SCRUMPTIOUS!!!HAGERSTONIANS, skip the Hagerstown location and go to Greencastle, it'll be worth the short trip!!!

I made a take out order and my order was ready in under 15 minutes. The person who greeted me was kind and attentive. My food was perfectly cooked and delicious. Overall a really nice experience for take out.

this location has gone way down hill since the remodel. the staff literally could care less about the customers. the locally owned locations are a much better option. I urge you to go anywhere else.

The Big New Yorker Pizzas I received. The pictures speak for themselves. I had this issue 3 of the 4 times I have ordered. Guess I should have learned.

The food was excellent and the gentleman that waited on us was one of the best waiters I have in a long time!!! He was very attentive and respectful and renewed my faith in younger adults!!! He works to jobs and all I can say is that he is an asset to Pizza Hut!!! I would highly recommend them!!! I did fell bad when we tipped him we were told he had to put all his tips in jar and they all had to split them at the end of the night!!! I don't really that's fair because not everyone works the same or as hard as others!!!

We like to dine in at this Pizza Hut Today we had a Medium Supreme Pizza and cheesy breadsticks they were hot fresh and very good. They were pretty busy and only one server so the service was a bit slow. But overall not to bad. We will ear here again
