While I am aware this is taco bell, there is a basic amount of customer service there is to be expected from any food establishment. I cannot say much about the majority of the employees here other than one large African American woman who had a terrible attitude towards me and my mother. We attempted to ask her to alter our order before we saw them start to make it, and before either of us could get a word out she snapped that it was not ready yet and walked away. Then, after another employee started making the food, she finally looked over again and we explained the situation. She then became overcome with anger, threw the food away, and began muttering under her breath. Again, this is a fast food restaurant; I’m not expecting table service. However, there is no reason for someone to have that much attitude and perpetuate that level of disrespect towards a paying customer over their own arrogant mistake. Very, very disappointed.

Normally a very pleasant experience, but we found a very long black hair in our food. 9/27/25 around 6pm

This location is charging $4 more for deals than the one in Chambersburg. Not running other deals they're advertising. Stay away from this location and go to any of the others nearby

Placed an order at 9 AM this morning. Everything was fine until I got in my truck and realized they put chicken in my Chalupas instead of beef.

This is an update from a negative review posted weeks ago. I had grievances with this particular location because the door had caught onto my watch and left a difficult to repair scratch in the crystal. When the incident first occurred, I took to feedback outlets lambasting the state of the building.

Dan Hetzel is the district manager, he contacted me within 30 minutes of me leaving feedback. I spent time emailing him back and forth about the incident. While he didn’t find the door to be in as bad shape as I thought (which after a second visit, I have to agree with him), he was very empathetic and quick to respond to emails. He even had employees inspecting the door the same day and I believe he came to inspect it himself. I was very impressed with his efforts.

Food is good and quick, no complaints there. I’ll say this, if you ever have an issue at this location, leave feedback on Taco Bell’s website. Dan is very responsive and proactive in finding resolutions.

I went to Taco bell because We were tired of Whoppers & Bigmacs. I ordered 2- Chicken Quasi dias, 1-beef Chaloopa,1-soft Taco , and 3- Diritoes los Tacos. It came to $34.98 , and my order when I got home was ruined, there was so much Grease in the bottom of the bag the Qasadias fell apart and so did the bag. This is not what 34 dollars for food should look like. I guess they charge so much because they have to pay the 9- employees behind the counter. I will never go to this place again. Mexican food is supposed to be cheaper, refried beans and Corn tortia's. I should have took it back. There will not be a next time.

5 stars for bringing back the chicken nuggets. Will buy them everyday. Hope Taco Bell keeps them this time. Greencastle Taco Bell is hands down the best location. Food is always fresh. Service speed is quick. I always go here over the other locations in the area. My only complaint, I do wish they would allow walk up service when the dining room is closed for the great truck drivers who help keep this country running. This location is strictly against walk up service and unfortunately I’ve witnessed it which honestly just didn’t seem like the right thing to do to turn paying customers away who are just looking for a bite to eat but especially the truck drivers who are out late and away from home and can’t take a semi truck into the drive thru.

Still one of the worst tbs around by a long shot. It's never a simple process and there is always something going on or the food takes like 30+ minutes or the pricing changed and doesn't match anything. Just a good this one. Go somewhere else

This is how my caliente chicken quesadilla was delivered via DoorDash (wasn’t the dashers fault). Quesadilla was folded over and shoved in a small box causing the sauce to come off the quesadilla and the quesadilla to be falling apart. Also didn’t get any 11 mild sauce that was requested. Probably won’t order from this location again.

There are additional locations that exhibit a dislike for trucks. Once again, it is important to recognize that truck drivers play a crucial role in delivering goods to people. Whether you order items or pick them up from stores or restaurants, it is the truck driver who ensures those products reach their destination, yet we often face poor treatment. The posted hours are incorrect; please rectify this. It is disheartening to be treated in such a manner when we are willing to pay for services. Customers are often directed to place orders through the app, and while they will hand over the items at the drive-thru, they will not accept orders through that same drive-thru unless your a car
