Every time we order the it shows up wrong and when you call to let them know it's always the customer's fault and not the people they hire that's pays no attention to what they enter into the computer !!! Worst customer's service EVER wish the old owner still had it because this place has went down hill fast and has lost my service since he said he doesn't care we will see.....

This used to be a great restaurant ran by an awesome family. However, they have sold it and the new owners are running this place into the ground. I stop in this place once a week sometimes twice a week after working my second job for the day. Tonight was the final straw. I have repeatedly seen the place go downhill. The pizza isn't consistent, slices have gotten smaller, most of the time it is dry as they don't use much sauce or cheese, most of the staff are not pleasant with the extreme of a small few. I was just there last Wednesday evening and ordered the same thing tonight the difference was they charged $3.00 more. I asked for a receipt they were unable to give me one. I said Why is it such a difference in the price from 5 days ago? They are now charging for the packets of crushed pepper and parmesen ( which they do not tell you they charge $0.75 each for the packets and you are only given 2 packets of each) I said well forget the packets I can take my pizza and use the jar ones on the counter before I leave. The staff member informed me they also charge to use the Jars as well. The owner came over with a cocky attitude and was rude. I am extremely disappointed and advised them I will take my business elsewhere (weekly). I can go one direction and go to Brother's pizza for the same deal and pay less than $7 or go to Domino's get a large 3 topping pizza for $11 that my parents paid the other day for and the best thing both places give you the packets of crushed pepper and parmesean for free and give you a lot more packets than Tony's. Next thing Tony's will start charging you a fee for a napkin, straw for your drink,or to just walk in the door, use the bathroom even if you a paying customer. They will find a way yo charge for everything. They seem to be money hungry and will take advantage of customers anyway they can get. What a joke, they have ruined this nice, reputable, long running establishment. No longer a reputable place that you recommend to family and friends. I already told a few people my experience here tonight and they will not be returning to this establishment anymore either. Don't waste your time to come here anymore. It is not the same and be prepared to be paying extra for everything. The food is also not as good as it used to. So sad how fast this place went downhill!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could as they aren't deserving of any.

Would love to make this a five star rating because we have always loved Tony's. Tried calling several times but no one answered the phone around 5:00 on Saturday evening. Then decided to do an online order and couldn't even do that. The website stated that online ordering would be available soon or that Tony's is no longer available to order on my Slice app. Sad. And disappointed.

I called to place a pickup order. Was even given the price and time it would be ready. When arriving to pickup my order the lady at the counter said she had no orders i even showed my call log as proof. She refused to apply a discount for there mistake and still even up charged for me using a debit card. Good food, horrible service.

TONYS IS BACK!!So glad to have great pizza in Greencastle again!We were leary to try again after the new owners took over, but so glad we did!! Great pizza great crust great cheesesteak great fries!! WELCOME BACK TONYS!!!!

Hey!!! ThankYou ThankYou... i ordered a Large pizza with Italian sausage.. i had 1 slice && it was delicious... reason i only had 1 slice was cause i also had Lasagna w/meatballs... i am stuffed... very very good... the red gravy delicious... Lasagna outstanding!!! Meatballs very good..garlic bread && garlic bread with cheese very good for dipping... i ordered for delivery &&& food arrived correct as per order &&& hot.. i am an over the road truck driver & was at the truck stop.. & was delivered right to my truck like the driver knew what he was doing!!! So good... Tony's New York... you got all the stars!!! ThankYou ThankYou... Obos

Menu selection is vast. Salads are fresh. Love the baked ziti.
Pizza is great...thin New York style...and cheesesteak subs are excellent. Only thing that bothers me is there is a cash price and credit card price. I understand why that made a difference during the pandemic...but now it seems like we are just paying to cover their credit card processing fees. Who carries cash nowadays? Future is about paying via our phones...so this seems like a pure profit play.
I'm at foodie person so my food's got to be perfect when I eat it The bread was definitely cooked to perfection on my pizza The sauce was a little watery and the cheese was not to my liking I'd rather have a mozzarella cheese on my pizza and a homemade sauce made to perfection I also had the cheese fries which were good Cook too perfection and perfect amount of cheese

I've been coming here for the past year for Penn State Football weekend. Friday nights I stop in for a pizza and mozzarella sticks to take to the air bnb we normally stay at. I have been so lucky that the staff is so nice, the food is top notch, and all around great times. Keep up the excellent work!

We were passing through town and hungry because we had an early breakfast, and it was about 2 in the afternoon. This looked good, so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed at all. The young girl at the counter was as sweet as could be, and the food was outstanding. Next time we are out this way, for sure we will be eating here again.Kid-friendliness: It was a nice family restaurant and there was a family there with a girl at the time we were there. You could bring the whole family.
