My husband and I just got home with our meals. The fries were cold and rubbery. We threw them away. Our sandwiches were not warm. After eating about half, we threw those away also. I tried calling them twice. The phone just rang and rang which is strange because when we went through the drive thru, there were no cars in the lot and we were the only ones in line. We haven't been to Arby's in a couple of years. We thought we would try it again. After this experience, we won't be back.

Rarely have an issue with any Arby's. There was more breading than chicken and the mozzarella sticks seemed old, but edible. Will still go back, and I'll mention it then. Wasn't in a good mood due to a death, so I didn't want to take a chance with my stress and take it out on them accidentally. Will be back though.

So I went today to pick up lunch for my wife I order a honey mustard wrap , and other things my ticket said I order a Buffalo wrap and especifically ask the lady on the window to make sure was honey mustard since the paper said it wasn't she told me in my face was check it, and not to worry ,she told me indeed was honey mustard, so I said ok putting my trust in her words, well they didn't put a honey mustard wrap was a diferent. Very disappointed for the service and felt betray by that employee especifically...is not the first time that she does a poorly service..they should put someone with the skills and training for that job..

Everytime we want a roast beef sandwich, they are our of roast beef. We had tried 5 times to get a roast beef sandwich to np avail. I'm truly disappointed in Arbies. Is it just Arbies or Arby's roast beef?

It's Arby's, it's a clean restaurant and staff is friendly.
The cashier was really rude today and it’s not usually that rude we just getting food and she goes it will be right out and when it’s ready she just threw it on to the counter and said the order name was just rude in general. But food was good and so was the atmosphere she was the only problem.
Came for the deep fried turkey sandwich. It was pretty good.
