Ordered here a half dozen times now with a mix of drive through and eat in. Always great food. No order issues. My only really comment is be vocal about any sauce packet needs. Arby’s is known for Arby and Horsy sauces but they only seem to give it to you if you ask.
we have had to wait for “fresh food” every time we go and they’re always missing something! tonight we waited 10 minutes as the only ones in the drive thru, and the mac n cheese was cold and they forgot our mozzarella sticks! def not going back anytime soon. the manager is the only one who has good customer service.
Rarely have an issue with any Arby's. There was more breading than chicken and the mozzarella sticks seemed old, but edible. Will still go back, and I'll mention it then. Wasn't in a good mood due to a death, so I didn't want to take a chance with my stress and take it out on them accidentally. Will be back though.
