I typically wouldn't review a fast food place but one act changed my mind. My husband and I stopped in for dinner and I ordered a 3 piece tender meal. When I got my food and sat down, a woman approached the table and stated that my tenders were fresh but she didnt like the way they looked so she was making me new ones. I was a little taken back because I didnt think anything of it, they looked fine to me. 10 minutes later she brought out 3 fresh tenders for me. I didnt need them but it was incredibly nice to see someone take pride in their food and quality to the extent of this! Will definitely return to this location!

As I'm sitting here in the drive through waiting to get my two hot dogs that I paid over $8 for looking at this pathetic parking lot wondering why they've never put any money in to it?!?! DQ is the most overpriced fast food there is. This was my very last time patronizing this place.

Old lady taking orders needs to learn how to talk to people. Listen to the order that's given instead of talking over the customer and trying to rush. I wasnt even able to order everything I wanted because she decided my order for me. Very rude.

Melted blizzards. Whether it's 90° outside or 50° it's every single time I've ordered one over the course of a year. And it's not like just a little bit, the entire thing is a complete liquid. I really don't understand how its so hard to serve frozen ice cream. The service through the drive through is terrible. Always getting cut-off or interrupted by an older lady who never let's you finish talking. This whole place sucks. The only thing that's even remotely good is the food. But it takes 20 mins to get one box of chicken so ?♀️

I thoroughly enjoy having a Dairy Queen in Greenville - however; the parking lot, landscaping, and overall look of the property is the worst of any business in Greenville. The owners are incredibly cheap and it shows - from the rate they pay their employees, to their overall upkeep of their business, to charging almost a dollar for extra condiments - IT SHOWS. Given that the owners have been the same for years and years, I doubt it will ever change. Also edited to add - my favorite thing to order here is a banana milkshake. Once I witnessed a worker peel the half banana with her bare fingers/fingernails, I stopped going there completely.
