Had lunch at Mama Jane's in Greenville yesterday with my daughter in law and 2 grandchildren. The waitress was an absolute doll, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, even as far as bringing me a sample of the wedding soup I had never had ( delicious! And I ordered it). Our meals were very good and more than plentiful. Crayons and coloring book were given to the kids, and a nice big cookie to take home.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, nice to have a family atmosphere restaurant in town!! Well done!

Ordered the meatloaf dinner which came with mashed taters and gravy and one other side plus roll, very good food and great service will definitely stop back when I'm in the Greenville area
Tried Mama Jane’s for first time today and it is excellent! Food was delicious, well priced and with very generous portions. You won’t leave hungry! Dar the one owner is very personable and came over and introduced herself. Deb our server provided great service. We will definitely be back!

Mama Jane’s is not all 5 stars unfortunately. The food is ALWAYS cold and several customers have complained too. the service is cheap, most of the waitresses and especially managers have a very rude attitude and issues with speaking to customers. Also! Management highly needs training of their own job because they lack professionalism, and respecting privacy of others. If you were a real manager you would understand and have common sense that you CANNOT do that and it makes YOU look bad. Another thing with management that should be addressed is the way they speak to customers. I have personally seen and have been told by many people how they are treated when they walk into the restaurant, like not feeling welcomed, no manners, and no respect. You should make your customers feel welcomed and glad to be there, not leaving upset or offended. I hope you read this and understand that things need to change for your restaurant.

Nice sized portions, amazing service, and delicious biscuits! 4 stars are mainly for the wonderful, attentive service. Admittedly we didn't explore a wide swath of the menu, and all opted for the BYO Omelet. Omelets were good but a bit oily. Chili was watery and weakly seasoned. More like a soup. Grapes in the grape salad were super plump and tasted really fresh, but fair warning, the grape salad is essentially grapes mixed with cool whip and sugar in the raw. Nice little treat, but very sweet.
