The fries are always too salty unless you go inside and ask for light or no salt and watch them make it. There is no reason to pour in the salt. And they don’t fill the fry boxes so a large is really medium. Usually breakfast is good but I got a charcoal sandwich instead and the hash brown was almost raw. I might be done with this place. How do you not notice burnt bread and yet send it out anyway? The minced onions are almost always burnt too.

Whatever you order, make sure its cooked and temped... This place SUCKS and will give you rare (almost raw) 1/4lb burgers.... Not to mention NEVER answer the phone for complaints??

Fast drive through, I hardly had to stop, 830 am had to be early at a business by 9 but was very hungry. Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin.

I stop here for lattes and quick breakfast very often, usually because i have rewards in the app. But regardless, the morning crew is ALWAYS the best! Ana is the sweetest, and the girls at the food window, always are consistent with my coffee order, i believe its typically Natalie and Kelly!
I decided to try the curbside since I never have before. There was only one car at the drive-through but how bad could it be? I ordered a large unsweet ICED tea and McChicken sandwich. After 10 minutes I called the toll-free number on the sign and there was no answer. I got a message. Very helpful right! Finally a few minutes later a woman walks out and hands me a medium tea with no ice. I said is this a large she said no we ran out of cups. I said OK but I’m gonna need some ice she reluctantly said I’ll go get you a small cup. She comes out with 1 tablespoon of ice and I said I wanted more she said very rudely, well we’re out! The chicken sandwich was burned but edible. I drove home and called the McDonald’s and asked for a manager. A woman answered and said I am the manager she said her name was Brittney. I told her my experience and she said well we are getting low on ice and I said so if I would’ve come into the lobby I couldn’t have got any? She said no you could have! No apologies offered for the long wait lies and horrible service. I’m not sure why these incompetent rude people are allowed to work at your store getting paid more than I do at my job.Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell or Arby’s!! I am. Also I don’t know why they advertise ice cream because they never serve it at Greenville it’s always shut down.
