Every time I visit, I ask for my sandwich to be cut because it’s simply more convenient for me. I know it’s a small request and not something to get overly upset about, but it’s frustrating. Last time, instead of cutting it properly, they just put a knife in the bag with one cut. This time, I even wrote in the notes to please cut the sandwich into 4 pieces, and they didn’t cut it at all. Honestly, it feels petty and unacceptable. On top of that, my sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. I had also asked for extra condiments in the same box where I requested the cut, and they added those, so I know they saw my note.

The only thing was that they didn't have the black olives something to do with a shortage. And they don't have the sweet Vidalia onion dressing anymore. These 2 items i loved on my tuna sub.

I just moved to the area and have gotten sandwiches here a couple times now. They always make them super well and never mess up my order. I see a lot of one star reviews here that are kind of stupid (just cause they serve Italian subs does not mean they will carry Italian dressing, and them being closed by 8PM on Saturdays has nothing to do with service or quality), so hopefully this one brings some light to the place! They are sweet here and treat everyone with respect and kindness. I'd give it another star if I could.

Manager was super rude and snappy to the other employee. Made me super uncomfortable to bring my family in there and see a adult behave as such. We ended up cancelling our subs being made and went somewhere else. Didn't want it to leave a impression on my kids.
How are you gonna sell Italian subs (BMT) but no longer carry Italian dressing? Makes no sense.
