If I could give this place negative stars I would. The night crew that was here tonight July 13 2025 was awful. They couldn't get my order right, I repeated myself so many times, and then when I asked where my nacho fry was they said I didn't order it when it was one of the first 3 items I ordered. When I asked them for one I said I'd pay for it they were all rude, I will never go back to this place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD. Do not go there. I'll drive an hour if I have to just to not go there.

I live about a mile and a half from here and I've gone thru drive thru twice now and by the time it took me to get that short distance the food was cold!!!

Ordered black beans and they put what looked like 2 tsp of beans. Container wasn't even half full. Big rip off. Guess I'll stick to tacos at this location.

Was genuinely the best taco bell experience of my life. Got my food fast, it was hot, friendly employees and there was actually meat in the tacos, and nothing was soggy or greasy. Fantastic.

I used to love this location but now good luck to anyone coming here. First of all I had a question about a menu item, and was told no before I even got the full question out but okay. Then I get my order placed and I'm told I have to pick a different meat option because there was only enough for half my order, or I could wait 30 minutes. ( there were a grand total of 2 items with said meat) Lastly, one of my items came with a cup of guacamole and when I opened it there was only half of what's supposed to be in there. I'm extremely disappointed with the night shift because I know day shift wouldn't have half of these issues if any.

I went through the drive thru around 10:25pm tonight after working an awful night and the 2 guys working were so nice and made my night so much better, I didn’t get their names but they’re awesome! :)
Trash service, makes you stand and wait while they take care of all the people in the drive thru 1st, just keeps telling you one sec, they get times for drive thru so that is what they care about, trash trash service

Our experience was not so good. The place was dirty, floors ,tables not clean. Condiment containers empty with apparently no refill available. Food...not so good. Hardly any meat filling, loaded with so much lettuce it was all you could taste. Threw out both my items. They weren't busy just acted like they couldn't be bothered.
