all i have to say is i'm very disappointed i've used this Allie for three years this year would of been 4 years for my sons birthday this from cakes and cookies for birthday parties to just getting cookies my first experience was not the best they forgot part of my order and when my husband picked up the day of the party and got home i noticed half of the cupcakes where missing i had them and told them they apologize to me and told me that they would have them delivered and they had to rush a batch of cupcakes by the time they got to me they where very sloppy and you could tell they where rushed and half of them where on there side when i messaged her she handled it very well so i decided to give her another shot and I did not regret. She was amazing. always did everything I asked for perfectly i use to to be able to call or message her about orders and pay her in person Day of pick up this year I had to fill out a form online which took days to hear back from her or her staff i'm not really sure who answered me when I booked my day i picked, I had to pay in full, which I’ve never had to do before. It’s like she doesn’t even remember her repeat customers Anymore unfortunately I had to change my party date And she did not have the date available that I had to change too, so she refunded me. I asked if I could be refunded in cash and I could pick it up at the store and I was told that they cannot do that because I paid with my card. I was not given an option to Pay cash like I used to, and then I was told that my refund would not be available until Tuesday So when I called, I left a message and sent multiple emails. I had to post a comment on one of her post to answer my messages and then I was told that they could get it a day earlier that I would see it in my bank on Monday and today Monday I just seen that my order was refunded so it’ll probably take days to my bank account. it’s not like it used to be at all also, I had checked out her new location, which is beautiful, but I had purchased a cookie for my son when I got to the register A guy was helping me which I think was her husband He could not figure out the machine and just walked away and And went back and told somebody else to handle it leaving me standing at The front counter when I tried the cookie it was very dry and disgusting When I messaged her the last time about how disappointed And that she would be losing a customer because I was not happy how things were handled I got no response no calls back from my voicemail. Such a shame.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch from Allie’s today. You MUST stop in for a sub! Her fresh-baked bread is delicious, and the sub is absolutely packed with the meats. :) And when it comes to the baked goods…well, you need them in your life. (Her strawberries-and-crème cupcake was a delectably frosted piece of heaven.)

Stopped Father's Day. Almost $12.00 for 4 cookies is outrageous. Tried the cookies that evening. They suck. Only peanut butter taste in the peanut butter cookies is the chips. The cookies with a little frosting have no taste except for the little bit of frosting. Can get way better cookies from Giant Eagle. Will never go ther or buy any of their cookies again.

Love stopping by Allies sweet tooth! Absolutely delicious treats and so cute too. Each hand made treat contains lots of love that is for sure. Great stop for the kids and I. Worth every penny.
