I came in with my son to utilize their playground on a rainy day and we got burgers fries and nuggets and drinks, all hot all good will definitely be returning from the good experience. The manager and front counter employees were both very nice women and my son really took a liking to them both whatever they're doing to turn themselves around in at Grove City BK it is working KEEP IT UP!!!

Fix your damn parking lot!! I swear it’s been full of holes for years and they are wrecking vehicles! Drive thru is horrible with potholes that been there for years. You can literally throw fish in them. Did i mention slow….

This time they ripped me 8 jalapeño bites. Last time i was there they switched my burgers around, Spent over 30 just for them to get my order wrong.

Totally messed up our order again. Every time we try here they screw up the order. Never again
I had one of the worst experiences here at a restaurant. From the uncaring and very slow paced staff to the old and cold food. Waited over 25 minutes in the lobby. 2 parties that ordered after us got their food first while our food sat getting cold under a lamp. The only one working was the manager and she was miserable. She should just get rid of the other 3 deab beat team members, it would be less disappointing if I saw one person working hard and got bad food then 4 people doing nothing and got bad food. They couldn't even be bothered to cook us fresh chicken. Sandwich was old, burnt and cold. Whopper, cold. Chicken Fries cold. Wrap was burnt and cold. After waiting so long it is just inexcusable. I sat facing the kitchen and it was literally hard to watch how bad the service and employees were. Ignoring customers and smoking right outside the front door. I was dumbfounded. I will never be back and I deleted the app. Couldn't care less about the crowns wasted. So much wasted potential at this location. If there is any way to get my money back please let me know. I feel like I was robbed today. Couldn't recommend less. EDIT: Guest support did get back to me and made the situation agreeable. I appreciate the quick response time and the genuine care from the guest support.

Waited in drive thru for over fifteen minutes just to get shorted an order of onions rings and the order I did get was raw! Cold and glued together they weren't even cooked. This BK is tge worst.
