Charleys Cheesesteaks

My order took forever to make, the lady at the register, doesn’t have a clue, the manager is rude and unapologetic for their lack of inventory, and lack of efficiency. Do not recommend going there ever!

Drinks had no ice as they were out!!! Waited at least 30minutes for my order to be made as only one cook! No one speaks good English so they are hard to understand. When I rejected the warm pop, they gave me with no ice. A second worker came to verbally attack me as to why I did not understand the lady taking orders, who didn’t speak English, ridiculous how do you blame customers for your poor planning and lack of efficiency, I will never go there again!!!

First time having cheesesteak and it blew me away. The amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich was impeccable. Staff were nice and the food was awesome.

Was charged extra for my lemonade without being told so, was supposed to be 5.70 to make it a combo 👎👎

I got the Chicken Buffalo sandwich, and it was so good! The fries were also perfectly crispy, and the Ranch was good too. Free refills on lemonade and soda as well!

We were going to get fioris but honestly could not resist getting the Ck California after the taste. Did not disappoint and the lemonade was so good!

Charley's locations are consistently good whether it's in the Butler Mall, the Ross Park Mall, or The Mall at Robinson. This one however was not. The sub was thrown together with little regard. Peppers were undercooked, there were barely any mushrooms and the sub was ripped before I picked it up. It proceeded to immediately fall apart once I did. Employees were not friendly. I will not eat here again.

Very long lineup after done waiting they proceed to put tomatoes pickles on the sandwich without me asking them for it.
They should ask what I wanted. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back

I asked for a cup of barbecue and she proceeded to tell me I will need to go back to the end of the line to pay. (Line was super long). When I did she told me it was $1 per cup which then I went to the villa beside it and they gladly gave me some for free. As I was sitting I saw the 2 girls looking at me and talking then laughing. Not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Pretty good place to grab something quick and tasty. The better option at this food court taste wise! The staff were quick and friendly. Fairly pricey though!

This food stand normally produces good steak sandwiches. Like everything nowadays it is expensive.
But what I don't understand is when we go to the Grove City Outlets on a Saturday(The outlets close at 9pm) Charley's closes @ 7pm although the outlet stores are open until 9pm! This just makes no sense. The Grove City Outlets should have food stands that stay open until the stores close.
If your a dad that sometimes works a Saturday and take the family up to shop after work you can guaranteed that Charley's has already gone home. I think the Outlets should insist their food stands stay open until their stores close. If not find other food stands that will stay open.

Charleys, never wrong with Charleys. It had been years since my last visit, pre-covid, and still so good. The chicken cheesesteak, mmm so good!
