Today, January 20, 2024, When receiving our food we had said “thank you very much”, and one of the women workers named Joanne mocked us by repeating what we said in a very nasty tone while shaking her head. I have visited this location before and this is not the first time Joanne has been unpleasant. We will not be returning to this location.

Charley's used to be a place that I looked forward to when traveling. Not the case now. Food quality is in decline and prices are excessive. Service is not what it used to be either, so not sure what the price increases and material cuts are doing for the business.

This is a great location! Francisco is an awesome person! Always very accomadating and friendly. Never have I had a bad experience with him. Professional and a great cook! My cheesesteaks are always top quality and made the way I like them! Francisco really goes above and beyond. This location can get busy at times being in the outlet mall. Please be patient. They will get to you as quickly as possible. Trust me, it will be worth the wait. Plus, there's no need to give someone a hard time that really takes care of his customers! Best cheesesteaks around in my book! I get wxtra wiz on mine! Nice and sloppy!! Be sire to download the app as well. There are lots of good savings on there and a rewards program.

The food was good, not great.We had a dish where the rice was under cooked. They server brought us another bowl, which was about the same but we ate it anyway.We also had a chicken bone in the farfale dish which was supposed to be breast.The manager said we were a million to one shot as they order the meat prepared from the supplier.They did compensate us for the dish.The server was very nice and apologetic and was attentive.Overall experience was not what I have come to expect from this restaurant as we've been there a few times on family vacations.
