Great food as usual, however, this is the first Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to where the person behind the counter seemed to be in a bad mood - snapping at her coworkers and not exuding the pleasant attitude you expect from Chick-Fil-A. Located in a beautiful building with a lovely dining area! Very nice place to eat lunch and do some computer work… I’m sure it would be different though when school is in session.

Usual Chick fil A fare. Efficient service by an older lady. Uncomfortable seating and loud shouting in the kitchen.
Waiting in line for 30 minutes and counting..the cashier has only taken 5 orders in that time

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they’ve gotten my order wrong. I have celiac disease and can’t have gluten and I was specifically recommended to chick fil a because they have gluten free options. The first time I ordered a grilled sandwich with a GF bun and they gave me the regular bun. The second time, I order grilled nuggets and they gave me the breaded ones. Just a waste of money at that point because I literally can’t eat it. What’s the point in providing it if you completely ignore it.
If you are a student, this Chick-fil-A is great. It is in a convenient location and you can get meals each week as a part of your meal plan. If you are from the community, this location isn't quite as good. It can be a bit tricky to find and is in the middle of the college. Also, if you show up at the wrong time, the line can be very long. The workers are mostly nice but some of them are not as fast at taking orders. Overall, this Chick-fil-A is about average.

As an alumni of GCC, I can firmly attest this Chick-fil-A doesn't belong on this campus. Students need more diversity in meal choices and healthier options than fast food. Abbreviated operating hours are also inconvenient for late-night visits by hard-working students.It simply feels awkward here. Restaurant is open to the public, which lends to inherent safety issues. Screaming children eating inside the Student Union during the day lends to less quiet spaces for students to gather and study.Hours of this location vary wildly depending on when classes are in session. It'll likely be closed for most of the summer when students are on break. This location has to be a money pit for Chick-fil-A; I highly suspect it'll close by EOY 2024
Parking: Public parking is shared with the students (seniors) resident parking - there are no designated spots specific for customer parking or mobile order pickup.
Kid-friendliness: Place is not well-suited for children: this is within an active college campus student union building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Location is ADA accessible (the entire college campus generally is). ADA parking stalls are located relatively close to the student union building.

Unable to find this location. Was at the college for the Miss Nelson play and went in circles trying to find it. Definitely should have more signs out so people who don't go to the school can actually find it.

Sooooo we had two hungry kids and found ourselves in the middle of a college! We were told by a student Chick-fil-A was in the dining hall. Not real happy. It should have been some notation of this.
