Stopped here on a road trip.

I got a Gouda morning sandwich, house coffee, black, and a strawberry blonde latte.
The latte was very good. Not overly sweet like some places make the flavored lattes nowadays.
The coffee was divine. I sure wish I had found out what it was before I drove away.
The breakfast sandwich was great. Nice and melty but not too hot to eat right away.

My dogs were in the car so I couldn’t stay long, which was a bummer as I’d like to’ve had time to see all the artworks.

Barista was sweet and chatty, which, as I often mention in reviews, is so welcome when I’ve been driving alone for days.

Pretty little cafe with unique decor. Airy bright and comfy cozy all at once.
If I lived here I’d be in this cafe often.

Very nice coffee shop with a relaxing vibe. Couches, tables, and a surprising amount of room to enjoy conversations with friends or family in the back. Coffee, London Fog, and lemonade drinks were all much appreciated by my family!

Very nice place to stop in while running errands to get a cup of hot chocolate or a muffin. Great for college students to go study. Their one side room has a little kids area with toys and chairs for moms to sit and have their coffee while the kiddo plays. It’s the only one u know that has this set up and it’s the same at their other location at the outlets too but much bigger kid area. This gives us moms a nice place to chat and let our kids place for a little bit.

Love this place. The drinks and food are amazing as are the people who work here. The quality of all the food and beverages is amazing. And you can tell that everyone here takes pride in their work. Definitely a gem of Grove City.

Collage Coffee in Grove City is one of those rare spots that immediately makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a cozy little corner of someone’s well-lived-in, well-loved dream. The atmosphere is intentional—warm, not just in temperature but in tone. Exposed brick, natural wood, soft lighting, and that subtle buzz of good conversation and quiet productivity. It’s the kind of place where time slows down just enough to make space for reflection, connection, or a deep exhale.

I ordered a latte, and it came exactly the way a latte should—balanced, smooth, not overly sweet, but not bitter either. You could tell the espresso had been pulled with care, and the milk was properly steamed: microfoam, not froth. It was the kind of latte you sip slowly, partly because it’s hot, but mostly because you want to make it last.

And then the sourdough coffee cake—wow. That’s not a word I use lightly when it comes to baked goods. You expect a certain tang with sourdough, but this one leaned into it perfectly without being overpowering. The texture was spot-on—moist, not crumbly, and just the right amount of sweetness to pair with the richness of the latte.

Collage Coffee isn’t just another coffee shop. It’s a place with a pulse. Warm. Inviting. And worth coming back to. I'll be back!

I was a frequent customer there and won't be back. Ordered a coffee and hot chocolate. Waited over 5 mins for a hot chocolate that I found out they forgot to make as they are serving customers their drinks who were waited on after us. Then they didn't even apologize for forgetting my moms drink. My mom drank it and it was the worst. All they gave her was warm milk. Unreal and handled unprofessionally.

I came in here on a cold Saturday morning. I had a large cup of the drip. The coffee was very good with a bright flavor that was reminiscent of berries.
The friendly barista was making artful cappuccinos in ceramic cups for some of the other customers.
This was a great spot with decent WiFi that was close to the college. I highly recommend it.

On the way back from a conference in Rochester, and I searched for a craft-coffee brewer, and boy did we find it! Never had turned off I-79 to drive into Grove City, but followed the web search and found Ethiopian beans roasted not 50’ from where the barista ground them for a pour over (“This late in the day we only do Americanos or pour overs” . . . the _right_ answer!).
Brilliant! Bright, clear, herbaceous with just enough tannins to keep things tidy, and then a surprise of blueberry florals at the end. Great conversation about how to not lose heat in the brewing rig from funnel to thermos to cup. These folks know and love what they are doing. Give them a try!
