Ordered several times and usually pretty good. They tend to forget dipping sauces regularly, 3x for me. Ordered a pizza and it arrived burnt and dried out. They should have never let leave the store.

Preparation of a mixed order was exactly as requested. Service was excellent and staff were friendly and accommodating. Regarding atmosphere: Dominos is a take out/delivery pizzeria. The place was clean, orderly and well taken care of.

Went to pick up online order that said it was done and ready, it wasn't. They didn't even get the order. I reordered it with an employee that can barely speak or understand English. His hands go from the cash register directly into putting toppings on my pizza that the other non English speaking employee was trying to make with his dirty bare hands as well. I asked for my money back at this point. Do better domino's, last time this family will order from your business.

The guy on phone did terrible. We had to spend four extra minutes because he knows minimal english and kept asking if we wanted sausage and something else when we asked for marinara sauce. He also messed up with the card but repeated it back correctly. I’m pretty sure he was scamming us. This had never happened here before or with Slippery Rock Domino’s. SRD is better. Edit: About 12 minutes later the guy called back and asked if we wanted garlic sauce. We never said anything close to that except sauce.

Was very good but I put in online order and it never went to the store so I had to wait longer but they did good job on the food
I am almost always missing toppings on pizzas that I payed for. After reading other reviews, I am a bit relieved that it isn't targeted specifically at me, but at the same time it disgusts me that someone hasn't been fired.

hiring people who do things to children is an absolute no go. maybe should do background checks on people. definitely not ordering from here

We ordered our food, and was told it would be delivered in 25-30 minutes. After an hour and half we were called and told our order was delivered to the wrong house. They told us that our order would be there in 15-20 minutes after that. After waiting for another half hour we called again, they did refund our order, and said it was 5 minutes away. 25 minutes later it showed up, when it was delivered the driver didn’t apologize all he said was that the gps took him somewhere else. Then once our order was finally delivered, we were delivered Italian sub with only cheese and jalapeños on it, and our pizza had no sauce on it and our food was cold. We loved Dominos before this, but We Will NEVER order there again. I definitely do not recommend!

The most disgusting pizza I ever had. I don't know what nasty stuff they are soaking the crust in but it is like crusty sand. I couldn't even stand to touch it let alone eat it. It left nasty granules all over my hands and it took days to get the gross aftertaste out of my mouth. I will stick with Coffaro's from now on.
