Donut was was good but overloaded with sprinkles and the workers were not friendly and lazy and doubled our online order after we already picked it up and wouldn’t give us a refund when we only wanted 1 order. Not happy

It’s sad because I love dunkin, but on multiple occasions I have sat at the drive through window and watched my food get made while the person making it touches their face, starts texting, touching other things around the area and WITH GLOVES ON then touching my food with the same gloves. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING they need some better sanitary practices

Coffee was good. Service was slow. Leak in ceiling, perhaps from HVAC but maybe rain, leading to black spots on suspended ceiling. Dudes working here using a bit of bad language. WiFi was in and out.

I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s run by a bunch of kids. There’s never any adults there. They never have what you wanna order and the tables are always dirty. They don’t know if they give refunds or not and they’re kind of rude.

Everything says the open at 4:30 my husband was there Friday June 6, 2025 at 4:35
Employees inside laughing and joking around
Beat on the window left at 4:50 went to work opened up went back at 5:05 beat on the window again
Finally a cook came from the back and opened the doors while the other two standing out front continued to laugh and joke. I ordered the dozen of mixed doughnuts paid and left. Got back to work the were the worse 3 dozen of mixed doughnuts I have ever received. Basically all the same. And all of this happened on National Doughnut Day.
I usually go at least once a week for doughnuts for the employees, not anymore

They have kids working that don’t know what they’re doing. I asked for a caramel frozen coffee and they didn’t even know what it was. They gave me a ice coffee and when I asked them to fix it he threw the ice coffee in the blender and handed it to me. I came back around and complained and he didn’t fix it all. All he did was put extra caramel in it. He didn’t put the whipped cream or the caramel on top and refused to make it the proper way.

I love their strawberry dragon fruit refresher with lemonade out of all their drinks. It’s always very cool or cold in their room but I know that’s great in summer but not in the cooler months. It’s very busy throughout the day and parking can be a little tricky when leaving or entering so always stay vigilant about your surroundings because people walk from the college and other pedestrians come in an out while it’s a one way around the building to enter and exit.

This is the second time this week I ordered on the app and my order was wrong. I’m not ordering a complicated drink- it’s a regular breakfast sandwich. I’ll be going to Sheetz from now on.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after three days in a row of my order being wrong, I have to say something. Today, my coffee tasted like burnt coffee grounds, and the food has been consistently undercooked or had a freezer burn taste. At this point, it feels like I’m just throwing my money away. I won’t be returning to this location again.
