Fat Eddy's Bar-BQ

This was my first visit to this restaurant. The food came out cold and not edible. I got the pulled pork sandwich. The meat was room temperature and on the dryer side, so I did not eat or take a bite of the sandwich. I was not offered to have it remade. I ended up eating just the side of beans that came with it because it was all I had. The manager just took the sandwich off the bill but added a new charge for the beans. My son's ribs appeared on the cooler side too, but he did not complain. This place had potential but fell flat on execution and customer service.

Ordered take out. After we got home, the one sandwich which supposed to be on gluten free bread ($2 extra) was not and the aioli sauce which was supposed to be on the side was missing. Bartender confirmed the order at least twice, so it wasn't her fault. It was the kitchen's fault. When we got home, we were told when we came back they would somehow, vaguely, make it right, but no further promise. Otherwise pork belly tacos and baked beans, good. Brisket sandwich, meh. Mac and cheese with brisket, not good at all. I'm not driving 35 minutes for them to maybe give me $1 off on a meal that I'm not going to enjoy. They should refund the full cost of the messed up sandwich (plus the tip). Avoid.

I have eaten here twice this week.
Tuesday I got the mac and cheese bowl with brisket. The brisket was tender and the house sauce was stellar!

Today is got a burger ($3 off on Thursday) and it was amazing. Perfectly done with just the right amount of smoky char on the outside.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

Definitely going to be back every time I am in town!!!!

food was great but the silverware i was given was already dirty and there was hair imbedded in my glass. They honestly need shut down to work on their sanitation. YUK

my silverware came out pre stained from food before i ever got mine. servers were great but the silverware and dishes were disgusting and not clean.

We were here for our first time on 9/6 around 430/5 pm

The food was great, but our server, she was frustrating. She mumbled and talked so quiet and we could barely hear her. She was very slow. Stood over us and stared at us and smiled before I realized that she wanted to take our order. Kind of like a creepy way. She had no personality other than a smile with a bunch of mumbles. One asked for her to go box, she brought it back but then return two other times ask us if we needed anything else? Usually a to-go box is the cue that you would like your check. And usually your server asks you if you would like your check or hands it to you.Part of me feels bad because I feel like she might have a learning disability. But if that's not the case... then it's time to find a new server

I had a business lunch in the area and I chose Fat Eddie’s to cater the food. I spoke to Alisa over the phone and communicated I had time constraints. Generally, they allow to go orders to be picked up beginning at 11:45am. Alisa worked with me and put my order together early and allowed me to pick it up before they even opened for the day. You’re awesome, Alisa!! That was fantastic customer service!

Oh, and the food was good too!

The food was very good. The waitress very helpful and friendly. It is not a small cozy place, if that's what you're looking for. But the food is great and plentiful

Amazing food

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience fell short of expectations. The atmosphere is great and service was fine, but the BBQ was truly below average. The burnt ends were made with the flat, not the point, which made them hard to chew and stringy. The one piece of the point that I did get was exactly what it should be - melting in your mouth. Overall, decent portions but below average taste. The “sauce” for the garlic parm wings is more like an oil with garlic flavoring, which was tasteless. The Mac and cheese left much to be desired.
