We just ordered the chicken Parm sub and the steak sub tonight. When I tell you I wanted to drive back in and shake everyone of those employees dang hands🤝. The chicken Parm is fabulous, I never had it before but from now on I know what my order will be 🫡❤️❤️ 🐔🍅

The quality of the food has went down hill. Starting to look dumpy when it was always clean. One side of lobby is unusable now. Tv are missing.

I ordered online to pickup with the estimated time of 20 mins to pick up. I arrived at exactly 20 minutes. Now I’ve worked in all kinds of aspects of the service industry my whole life and am perfectly fine with have a reasonable wait after the specified time. Me and my boyfriend stood inside this establishment for another 25 minutes. I watched the workers make our food at a snails pace while the kid at the register continued to place orders and tell more customers the same exact wait times. Our order sat in the back for about 5 minutes “finished” before he realized there was no communication between any workers. Then when we got home we were missing 3 sauces we paid for and the loaded fries that are $10.99 have 6 burnt potatoes wedges in the container. This place needs an overhaul. And not to mention the place looks like someone is using it as a storage unit

One star for the poorest delivery I have ever gotten from this establishment. Been waiting 100 minutes on an order. Was told 30 minutes ago that my order was on the way. So now I call back, and am told it will be leaving soon. So why lie to a customer? Guess I should have ordered this 2 hours early.

My husband picked up an order tonight that I placed myself online in his name. My husband asked the lady to make sure that everything was there and the order was right. She insisted that everything was there and she doubled check. So why is it I paid almost $10 for a sm steak salad and I end up getting a side salad and they supposedly had everything correct and double checked. Tried calling with 20 minutes left till closing and they refused to pickup my call. That was my dinner, do you really think a sm side salad is going to fill someone who just gave birth?! Do you think that it’s fair that I spent $10 for something I thought would fill me to be ripped off and given something I didnt order and on top of that paid extra to have bacon added. Oh I got the bacon but where’s the rest of the salad?! Im highly disappointed. I don’t get how you get an order that’s placed online wrong, you have it on the screen exactly how the customer ordered it!!!

So delicious! Hometown atmosphere, great service and tasty food. A medium pizza, a calzone, and some cheesy bread fed a family of 5 with a few leftovers. Well priced too!
I want to say that my order was great. My chief salad was all fresh lettuce peppers red cabbage tomatoes. No wilted or brown leaves. Delivery by a nice kid and polite. The Mac & cheese bits were awesome too. Thank you for great service.

We ordered a Italian Sub and a Ham Wedgie yesterday. They were horrible. There was so much mayo on my wedgie everything slide out when I bit onto it. The bread(pizza dough) was so wet and discusting. My husband hoagie was Hard and just not good. Won't be order there again.
