Grove City Nutrition has been my go to spot for a healthy, tasty, and refreshing drink for the past year. Brock never fails to strike up meaningful conversations with me and it is honestly the highlight of every week. So if you are looking for a healthy, and delicious alternative to energy drinks or coffee look no further.
If you are looking for a meal replacement or some additional energy, GC Nutrition is where it's at! The owner is great and willing to take the time to walk you through the menu, the ingredients and nutrition. The Mega Tea will give you the boost you need to get through the day without a crash. Every shake I have had were amazing. There is no after taste like some meal replacements! If you are in Grove City, you should visit.
