Food was okay. We stopped for lunch during weekday. It was not crowded at all was an understatement. Seated at one of many empty tables. Looked clean at first but when I touched the table there wa either call or some other crumbs I choose to believe all over the table. After our burgers came out, which were okay, we noticed we were all alone. No guests or employees to be seen for over 15 minutes. Hoping to get back to our travels on the road, we wondered around calling out for anyone to bring our bill. Finally someone came by an we stood there paying our bill by the doorway. We should have taken the tip back off the table, but we are not that kind of people.

Great food and friendly service. If a hamburger comes with unlimited fries, please explain why you only get 8 to 10 fries? Why do I have to ask for more as soon as I get my order and then have to wait because I finished the measly 8 before the additional ones I requested arrive?

Poor customer service. Cold french onion soup. Salad bar not taken care of. Out and or low on everything. And at 4:30-5:30 on a Sunday dinner time. Disappointed enough not to go back.

What a disappointment. My husband and I have been dying for a good steak dinner, and hoped this would be it. We are on the the last day of our honeymoon, and we're celebrating our one year wedding anniversary. We had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to even come to the front to seat us. The waitress wasn't friendly. We ordered two appetizers and were sharing an entree. The entree was surf n turf. The two options were steak and shrimp with either two sides or one side with the salad bar. We chose the later of the two, my husband was to eat the side, and I would eat the salad bar. It wasn't a hard concept, but the waitress questioned us multiple times about it. The only redeeming quality was the salad bar. Our entree came out first. The sauteed shrimp were still very cold. We ordered the steak medium rare. We cut into it and it was cold and raw. We asked for it to be sent back, which neither of us have ever done. Then our appetizers came out. The pierogi were completely cold and hard in the middle. The steak came back and once again, it wasn't even close to being cooked. The waitress offered to take it back a second time. We were so uncomfortable we just left once the steak came back. It came back for a third time, the ends burnt and well done, and the center was still raw and cold. After reading recent reviews, we weren't the only ones to experience this. Waste of money and time. Sad way to spend our anniversary.

Great clean fresh salad bar that includes lots of fixings like nuts, taco bar, chili, soups, garlic and sweet breads, fruit and soft serve ice cream. 9.99 from 11am to 4pm, and for $2 more, extras like grilled cheese or a basic quarter pounder burger. Also like the 1/2 pound house burger with endless fries.
