Food was ice cold. The service was. The attitude of the employees were poor. And more and less. When I complained about a sandwich, a heavy set employee said either eat it or do without. I would never ever recommend McDonald's to anybody, especially to the McDonald's in Grove City, PA simply poor, poor, poor, poor. Poor everything with them and a nasty restaurant

I just purchased a medium french fry and a blue frozen fanta from this restaurant and my french fries were cold and unsalted, I notified the manager and I noticed the manager in the purple shirt, She rudely said “ whatever they were salted and I just pulled them out of the fryer, But whatever ill make you new ones anyways” Her and the fellow employees proceeded to talk badly on me on me and my friend and also because of this incident and were being really passive aggressive about it the whole time. Did not enjoy this visit what so ever.

Stopped on Friday evening at 5:06. Ordered food and then a chocolate milkshake. The gir stated. Sorry no milkshakes. We are cleaning our machine. Who in thier right mind would shut down a machine at rush hour on a Friday. I'll never stop again if that's how smart management is.

Wish I could give it a negative …. First off the manger she had the nerve to say we didn’t get something when we have the recipt and it says large iced mocha less ice … she handed us a small and said that’s what you ordered… so my husband asked me and I said you said large and SHE SAID A RUDE REMARK THINKING WE COULDNT HEAR!!! I said to her “ we ordered a large and the recipt says it “ and she was mad I called her out. Second of all the floors are always sticky…. AND I had gotten sick from a bacon McDouble I was vomiting all night after that burger. Let alone the staff isn’t friendly. And while there was a line at drive through and in the lobby the workers were standing around on their phones and laughing instead of making orders and managers yelling stop selling that we don’t have time for those…anyone knows that a manager shouldn’t be saying that. And the orders are always WRONG !!!!!!
Parking: That if you park by drive through line be prepared to be blocked in during busy times because people try to make the waiting lines for the speakers into 2 lines instead of it being one
Kid-friendliness: Nothing for kids to have fun with id say no
Wheelchair accessibility: Only wheel chair accessiblity in the parking lot is a little tiny opening in the side walk … I would say not friendly

The afternoon crew is the least friendly of ANY fast food place I have ever been to! They shove the food out the window at you without even a thank you! They need to take some lessons from the morning crew!!!
