Very rude "manager" took my order and I guess could not figure out card machine I had to repeat 5 times then puts me on hold...so I call back they had no idea what they were doing so I spoke with another so called manger who's said oh that was me I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM! so I said so you hang up on people in the middle of them ordering she said I'm sorry and was very unprofessional whoever is working there needs FIRED or trained better VERY RUDE

In the 20 years of getting pizza in grove city this was the worst I've ever had. The cook only put sauce around the outer crust on both pizzas...like come on dude! Missed a topping completely and was afraid to put the other toppings on and somehow the stuffed crust was chewy like a leather boot but wasn't burnt like you'd expect. The staff were friendly and there was no wait time so there is that

This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in a long time. The restaurant is still setup beautifully like the ones we all loved. The food always comes out perfect and so far the people who take orders have been very friendly. This is a Pizza Hut you can take the whole family to.

The take-out pizza was fantastic, cooked a little bit crispy, as we requested. Really good. However, the online ordering system is horrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it, I experience difficulties, which I NEVER have with other online vendors, so it is NOT user error. The PH website doesn't remember my "rewards" account, I can't reorder previous orders, I can't save favorites, etc. They need to fix this. The PH iPhone app is even worse, essentially unusable.
