Do not go here, very rude, aggressive and somewhat unhinged employee, Johnathan Hales works here. Very scary - would not recommend.

Visited 9/2 - Couldn't wait for their steak salad... usually they're Great but not anymore. Whatever they did, they need to un-do. The steak is no longer a real piece of sirloin, it's like grizzly steak-um meat. It's on a small plate, no longer enough to be served in a bowl. Hardly any lettuce and No cheese. Such a disappointment!

I ordered the Capone (tall boy) which was extremely disappointing. As you can see in the picture it had the sausage, 2 thin slices of Capicola and 1 sliver of salami that were not even big enough for the entire sandwich. We were never asked how our food was.

Pretzel was cold. Fries were under cooked and our waiter sucked. Thankfully other waitress helped us get boxes. Poor Management.

Simply perfect even in a traditional style
Took my parents here for a family meal. It was 100% the right choice. The food was tasty, and the server was prompt and friendly. There is a din of noise, but it wasn't too much to talk over where we were at. Prices are just about right--a little more than fast food, but the portion sizes and quality are really good.
