Came through on a road trip. The extremely kind cashier, Katie C., let us know that there may be a wait because she was working completely alone on a Saturday. She was still sweet, prompt, and there wasn’t a wait at all! Go Katie!!!

I ordered 10 minutes before my 2 buddy's on the mobile app and it said my food would be done by 533pm and we got there about 530. My buddy's ordered their food in the store and got their food first at 550 so I went to talk to the rude staff and they said it just needs to be wrapped up and sent out. My food came out at 5:55. I ordered my food without tomatoes and of course they gave me tomatoes. And what little they put into my burrito and crunchwrap was all pushed down to one side. And literally all of their fountain drinks had no syrup. And they said they couldn't change it. The drive-thru had hardly anybody in it and there were only two other families inside the store so they weren't even that busy. This was the second time this month I've gone to this Taco Bell and the food quality and wait time was awful. I would highly recommend driving the extra 5 minutes into Grove City by Walmart and getting your food there.

I do not like having to use a kiosk to order...I like having a real person help me. They did not get my order right and I was charged for items I didn't receive. Taco Bell used to be the best bang for your buck, but those days are gone.

Came in with my kids nobody waited on us had to use the kiosk but still payed at the register took forever to get our food then my daughters taco where missing mine and my sons fries where ice cold and my soft taco was so hard it may as well of been a hard shell

I use to work for tacobell as my first job years ago. And it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to this job. And I’m from Pittsburgh. This location is super far from the area I’m from. When I tell you… I have had the best food here at this location. I’m really not lying😂 Everything was hot and fresh! And it was ready in seconds! Thank you so much!! And have a wonderful Christmas team!
