Love Dunkin, but if I've been there a dozen times, 10 times out of that dozen, I've had to ask for my donuts at the window. I do mobile orders thru the app and pick up at the drive thru, and I don't understand why I almost always have to ask for my donuts!

The ladies working were nice. Hot food was good. Donuts were stale, crumbling and beat up looking. I'm embarrassed to have spent over $9 on a half dozen donuts that should have been trashed! I definitely would not order donuts at this location again.

When did I feel the need to order a coffee and get a cup of milk instead if there was a reason to have no stars I would I went in for her to make a new one and refused wanted a refund and she claim no have some experience making coffee at home before here it's routine for most customers on a daily 😡😡😡

The staff are all amazing. I go to this location almost daily and it's rare that I have an order that gets messed up. You do sometimes have to wait a little longer but it's because they get slammed with customers! I can't comment on the food but the kids never complain. Even if it is bad at times, this isn't Carl Von Lugers Steakhouse!

Expect to wait 10-20 mins for anything if there's atleast 1 other car. Everytime. If there's another car just sitting at the windows, they won't even talk to you on drive thru until they're done.
This is a prime location for Dunkin right off the highway!!!
Take one at a time in drive thru…. Once the cars pays and leave they take the next order I waited 25 mins for 2 donuts

I absolutely love their blueberry muffins I Can't Get Enough first time I've been to the one in Pennsylvania and quite some time but yet they're still amazing they had blueberry muffins and I tried the s'mores drink which was super super good

I was incredibly embarrassed when I dropped a cup of apple juice this morning in the store. I ran in to get out pick up order and get a couple some juices for the kids. I requested a couple of plastic cups from them so my kids would not spill in the car. However, I ended up spilling one l. As I was trying to dry it up with napkins the told me not worry about it and provided me with another drink, which they certainly did not have to, and gave me a cup carrier .
Thank you to the employees that were there this morning. Again, sorry for the mess!
