McDonald’s is just McDonald’s until you go here. The people are great. I get the same custom burger every time and they have NEVER screwed it up.
Most places just ignore you standing at the counter so you’ll use the kiosk. Here they’ll finish what they’re doing and head right over.

Over the years this place came a long way in there service, the atmosphere is clean the employees kind and friendly, As for the food its what you should expect from a fast food restaurant some times accidents happen when busy but they are happy to fix it.!!

We had a great lunch while traveling through here - clean, food was good, employees were great. I then accidentally left my backpack and didn't realize it until we were hundreds of miles away. I called and talked to the GM Samantha, who was so helpful. They had the backpack and helped mail it back to me. Everything arrived safe and sound, and I am just so extremely grateful for the honesty, kindness, and unbelievable above and beyond service. Thank you!!

The Hallstead, PA Mickey D's has friendly people and good service.
Service is usually pretty slow now matter ehat time you go. This seems to be at all McDonald's anymore. Was not happy when I opened my breakfast sandwich this morning. There is mold on my bagel and at work so nothing I can do.
Constantly missing food. I can't remember the last time all my food was in the bag when I got home. Is anyone managing this place?

this place is flying a Canadian flag out front of their place, no American flag. I asked if the owner was Canadian and they said no, it was to welcome Canadians since they are near the border. Halstead Pa is near the border? . I guess every business in upstate NY should be flying Canadian Flags. if it was accompanied by an American flag that would be one thing. but flying it solo? this ain't Canada.

This is a great clean McDonald's with a terrific atmosphere when you walk in. However it clearly cannot handle larger numbers. Our bus pulled up and 20 students ordered. The manager was neither organized, nor helpful when seeing that orders were not fulfilled. Finally at 3 the order placed at 224 was completed. Others, who had waited in line for a shorter time already got their orders.

Placed an order with the app. Went to pick up at 6;45 AM. The doors were locked. Someone was working in the back. Left to get gas and came back 5 minutes later. Three cars were there trying to place orders through drive thru. Called the phone number, no one picked up. Website and doors say they open at 5AM. What a joke.
